Clarity and Consistency I rang Onward seeking clarification…
I rang Onward seeking clarification about some ongoing repair issues. Michael took my call and listened carefully to what has become a quite complicated and detailed case. He contacted an external company for further information and was then able to provide me with clear guidance and reassurance regarding forthcoming repair visits. It was exactly what I needed and I am very grateful for his help and understanding.

How this company has manipulated the…
How this company has manipulated the trust pilot reviews I will never . You call them they do their job , usually not very well then ask you to leave a review ??? For doing their job ..
No one I’ve talked to at several different estates they run has ever spoken a good word about them . They charge a fortune .. keep putting prices up yet they cutback on their services . They do not have gardeners they have grass cutters , their cleaning team just hoover . They are so liberal and are scared of knocking on peoples doors and telling them the rules . They are so useless words cannot explain .. their housing experts , far from it collect metre readings and go .. we’ve had a rat plaque no bin area for 3 or 4 months so bins are in a parking space ( mine ) we have so many issues here at hatherton court walkden Worsley don’t ever think of moving on here or any of their properties ..
you have cheated this trust pilot review and should be ashamed Onward

I spoke to Lizza frim the customer service team at Onward, regarding a problem I had with my control panel for my heating, she went through some troubleshooting steps with me, but unfortunately we couldn't solve the issue over the phone, she emailed the relevant gas team whilst I stayed on the phone and an appointment was set up for the next working day. She was polite and helpful.
