Micheal was very helpful and understanding tried his best to help pity the contractor aren’t the same been waiting for them since June for my front door to be fixed, I’m disabled and have to put chair and piece of wood to keep it closed contracts are a utter joke

Tarn came to my home today to fix my…
Tarn came to my home today to fix my doors, I had baby gates attached and he very kindly removed them and fitted them back again which I thought was such a good thing to do considering he didn’t have to. He also cleaned up any debris, was helpful and made my daughter feel comfortable about the loud noises that the drill made. If anybody came back to do any repairs in the future, I’d be happy to know if it was Tarn. Thank you :)

Seriously antisocial behaviour failings
Onward are a absolute utter disgrace of a housing association.
I've been dealing with Antisocial behaviour since May my neighbours have been flooding my garden with over 1,500 gallons of water and deliberately jet washing rubbish into my garden.
I've sent all the evidence to the housing officer and to the Safer neighbourhood team and Onward did NOTHING. My mental health has utterly deteriorated. Me and my daughter summer holidays have been ruined because of my neighbours. The promises Onward made to ring, send a letter to my neighbours never happen. I put in a stage 1 complaint and got offered £100 because of the mental health I suffered because of a result of the antisocial behaviour. This is an absolute insult to me and my daughter. Onward are seriously failing it's tenant's and need to be made accountable of how disgusting they really treat people.

I have been in contact with onward for 12 months regarding new fences as my posts are all crumbiling and i cant even sit in my garden im disabled and an ex army veteran who suffers with ptsd all they say is we will get the job raised still not done spoke with deb this morning so hopefully it gets sorted asap
