After a stressful build up to the move, Orwell Removals were very efficient and made the process stress free.
Nothing was too much trouble, nothing lost or damaged. Would definitely recommend them, reasonable cost as well.

From the very first meeting with Craig I just knew that this was going to go well. A move from Suffolk to the Isle of Wight, with ferries, overnight stops, a full load, and complicated drivers schedules to comply with, I mean what could possibly go wrong? Well, in the end absolutely nothing !!

Craig and his team delivered in bucket loads, they were professional, polite, careful with our property, and were very communicative throughout the entire process.

I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Orwell Removals.

We used Orwell Removals when we moved house and had no hesitation in engaging them again to empty a storage unit and transport the contents to Suffolk. Craig is an expert and used his knowledge and expertise to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. Prior to the move we had great communication and this was very reassuring. Excellent Service, very happy with the service I received.
Craig and Phil know their stuff they got the massive 3 seater sofa in through a very narrow stair case as well as a cupboard too. They made sure that my stuff was protected all the way through the process and they also checked in with me if I was happy with the service at the end. Not a single things was damaged.

I highly recommend them, infact if I was to move again I would be using Orwell removals again.

On time, very fast, maybe a bit to fast as a few things were damaged but we can't complain, we would recommend.

Orwell Removals made our house move super easy. They turned up on time, covered the stairs and floor in mats so as to not ruin the carpets, and they also put a door cover on. Everything was moved without any issues, nothing was broken or marked which was a big worry of mine. Thank you!

Orwell Removals are such a nice and friendly company. Both Amanda and Craig have helped me so much in getting my things into storage at very short notice. The job was completely quickly and cleanly and everyone who came to the house was very nice to my daughter and I.

Craig and Amanda were very accommodating especially as there was a lot of to and fro and uncertainty on our end. They offered advice to help prior to packing. On completion day, Craig and the team were fantastic! Arrived promptly and got straight to work. Worked round us especially as we hadn’t finished packing yet. When putting things in our new house, they made sure we were happy with everything and where it was and offered to move it if we weren’t happy. They definitely made moving day less stressful! Highly recommend :)
