I called Owen after my wife locked us out by mistake, as we were about to go shopping Owen suggested coming to help us in 3 hours time which was perfect. Ryan arrived and had our door open in seconds then fitted a replacement and more user friendly barrel, all done in 10 minutes and we couldn't be happier.

I called Owen the Locksmith in February 2020 when one of my front door locks broke and I called them again yesterday when the other front door lock went. Yesterday I came home to find the lock dodgy, reckoned it was about to break completely, called them on the off chance that they were still around after 6:30pm and they answered and offered to come out the very next day. They are friendly, reliable, easy to establish contact with and, for me, local. I also trust that when they explain what is wrong with the lock and the different options I have, they're being honest and transparent. Today it was all done in 25 minutes and what could be a bit of a stressful event went super smoothly!

Poor service, turns out they dont guarantee their work. Called out at the end of May to adjust a composite door we couldn't lock. He spent 2 hours and eventually got it to lock. A week later we had the same problem. 2 months later we called them back, but they wanted to charge us again as it was another adjustment and said they dont guarantee their workmanship. Will now find a professional to fix it. Would not use this company again.

Ryan from Owen the Locksmith was very professional, managing to unlock the door in a matter of seconds and made the adjustments needed to the door fixings to allow me to have a fully functioning door again. He explained the problem and what he was doing and I felt the cost was very reasonable. Would definitely use the company again.
