Very good service. Local company quick to respond and called round the next day. Good communication before arrival, courteous and professional. Quickly diagnosed the problem with my patio door lock. Provided a reasonably priced quote to resolve the problem in advance and fixed the fault within the hour.

Efficiency and expertise
Despite there being no urgency for our requirement, a very pleasant technician turned up within a few hours of my phone call. He sized up the problem in no time, suggested the best way of sorting it out together with a reasonable cost, located the item needed from the stock on his van and in less than 15 minutes had completed the job. An excellent experience and well deserving my 5 star award.

Quick, professional and great value
Arrived early and prompt as agreed, to update a front door lock.
Had multiple lock options available for us to choose from at the appointment, so we didn't have to make a firm decision ahead of time.
Took all of 5 mins which was amazing.
Very reasonable priced.

Prompt, polite and tackled the job with enthusiasm. The repair proved more challenging than expected as the lock was a discontinued model. He sought advice from his boss and was able to solve the issue and completed the task with minimal fuss in a single visit. We were kept informed with a quote prior to undertaking the work. Despite the unexpected challenges they honoured the original quote

We called early in a Saturday morning…
We called early in a Saturday morning as we needed access as our father had fallen and secured the Yale lock so we could not get in. Ryan took the call he told us how long he would begetting to us. He was very professional and helpful. He replaced the lock after getting us in. We will always be very grateful and have no hesitation in recommending this company. They were outstanding .

Came to quote, then carried out the work the same day. I had a lot of broken windows, some haven’t been opened for years. They got every single one back working again.
Even managed to get a broke door open and working again, after I had another company round to say I would need a new door.
100% satisfaction, and would recommend to anyone looking to repair windows and not replace them.
