I have just moved into the area, i wanted the doors locks changed on my new flat, also there were a couple of windows whereby the locks were broken. The locksmith provided me a quote on all work, and ascertained that as the windows were shut and were secure, for the first visit the front an patio door were the main concern on the first visit and the second lock on the door and the windows on the second visit, on both occasions, they were helpful, efficent and friendly, thank u, i will defiantely use them again.

Owen’s colleague Dave did a fantastic job today and fixed our front door that we were unable to unlock. He was super friendly and efficient and we’re super pleased with his work.

What a very helpful & professional guy. We had a double glazed window that wouldn’t open & didn’t want the whole window replaced as we had recently tiled around it, we contacted a local double glazing firm who sent two workmen out they spent a hour & a half trying unsuccessfully to open it they left saying they would be in contact ( they never did ) We contacted Owen who came round & within less than a minute had the window open & in less than a hour he had installed a new mechanism for us…. Brilliant service highly recommended

My family and I were off on our annual camping holiday :-) when we arrived at our caravan and tried to unlock the tow bar lock it was ceased and rusty :-( I called Owen and he was with us in 45 minutes. The job took no time at all and he even had a new padlock for us too! Definitely recommended.

Owen was very friendly and polite on the phone, and arrived within the time he said he would. my door had locked behind me so he had to get the door unlocked so that I could get back in! He did this very quickly, without any damage to my door. If I ever lock myself out again (which I certainly hope I don't!!), I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. I would recommend to others also. Very reasonable charge too.
