Locks for our new house
We just moved to our new house and needed a few locks changed. The response was very quick. Mike visited us and offered a range of options, explaining quality/price for each. He also reviewed the current state of the doors and locking mechanisms, gave us suggestions on parts that may require replacement and did some maintenance! Despite going for top tier locks and taking into account the quality of service, the cost was very reasonable.

Called to fix upvc front door locked…
Called to fix upvc front door locked shut by broken mechanism. Arrived when expected!
Mike worked painstakingly to open very stubborn door without damaging it or frame.
I was kept well informed as he worked through all the least cost options before concluding it would have to be a complete replacement of door and frame mech. to work.
Not quick but thorough and professional.
I would use them again.

Excellent service. Dave the technician was polite and professional. The job expanded from the original request to realign the locking mechanism but this was not a problem and the job was completed in a timely manner. Would certainly use again if needed.

Front Door unable to Lock
Unable to lock my front door so rang a few locksmiths but Owen was the only one that sounded interested and could visit the next day. It wasn't straight forward, but did an excellent first class job and was courteous and professional.
