Excellent service as ever from Peter Tyson, I ordered speakers and one arrived damaged. Peter Tyson arranged a swap for the next available day. I also returned a speaker due to upgrading to a bigger version and Peter Tyson refunded me the same day they received it back! Excellent service from Mike and Liam in particular but everyone in the customer service department is so helpful.

I bought a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Eco from Peter Tyson about 18 months ago for a very good price. Delivery and service were very good. But they really came into their own when I realised recently that the motor had a fault on 45rpm.

Luckily Pro-Jects carry a 2-year warranty but Peter Tyson were amazing throughout the process: excellent communication and arranged courier at both ends and the whole process rolled out exactly as they described. Deck returned now and working fine.

Definitely a company which is a bit 'old-school' in the sense that they still value the importance of customer service. Highly recommended.

Just before Christmas my 20+ year old Marantz cd player died. Amazon would deliver me a new one before Christmas so I ordered a Marantz CD 6007 through them. It was only when it was delivered I noticed Peter Tyson had fulfilled the order. The player soon started dropping out and skipping and the remote control stopped working. I contacted Peter Tyson and their Customer Service was excellent. They responded quickly to my emails, even at weekends, and arranged a swap for a new player, which, so far, is working perfectly. So next time I want to purchase some hi-fi I’ll go straight to Peter Tyson.

I have bought a number of products from them, excellent communication and delivery is the norm. Recently I was having problems with an all in one system and the after sales service could not have been better. I was offered a replacement or a refund immediately, but inquired about an upgrade instead. Anthony was extremely helpful, responsive and totally transparent with me on trade in costs and their own margins so I could make an informed decision. Dealing with him made an unfortunate occurance a painless experience - highly recomended.

I have been buying HiFi products (new & second hand) from this store in my home town since the early 1980's.
One thing that strikes me is that you get the same courteous, interested service whether you are spending £10 or £6,000+. And the interaction is genuine and not smiley face PR just to get a sale. Your are treated as an intelligent person often by those who know very much more than you do about HiFi. But there is no condescension at all. Even my stupid questions are treated with respect! 😂
Recently I wondered and enquired about DAC units. Were they really going to make any difference to what I actually heard? The response was to set up a demonstration the next day for me to listen to using my own CD's. Brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble.
This firm is a model for how to market and sell products and gain customers respect and confidence. No mean feat to have been doing this for around 50+ years!

The customer service at Peter Tyson was amazing! I am so happy with my recent purchase. I ordered a JBL 1300 11.1.4 Surround system and the sound is so fantastic and realistic and the price was so reasonable, for it's amazing quality. My parcel from Peter Tyson arrived at my house on Tuesday morning and I'd only ordered it late on Sunday night. This is the first time that I have bought something from Peter Tyson and I can honestly say, that I will be purchasing goods from there in the future.
