Just ordered from Pizza Hut and received amazing service, my problems were quickly resolved by attentive staff member Zainab who ensured I got the best quality.

Pizza OK. Cheap(ish). Website SUCKS. Service is generally pretty poor, some places are great, but they are not common. Staff look disinterested, and come across as being a bit slack and useless (im convinced a disorganized/poorly run workplace can bring this out of people, not everyone is naturally slack and disorganized).
Look at dominos, even if they are slightly more gourmet (slightly) they manage to run the place well, staff seem engaged and happy to greet as soon as you walk in. The places look like they are set up and run better in general. And the pizza hut website is utter dogshit, im shocked people that make websites would allow something to run so badly. Doesnt need to have fancy design, just make it work.

Worst pizza delivery system taking lots of time to deliver a cold pizza...

they do have a some great taste but i feel there is still some space for improvement.

Local Pizza Hut failed to deliver pizza that had been ordered and paid for online. Contacted costumer service online, have not had a response in 5 days.

Unreasonable and Rude behavior from Team and manager. Poor quality of service, less toppings, no cheese on pizza. spent $ 40 chucked the pizza in rubbish, no cheese no meat, i dint order a pizza to have just a base, i can only find the base no cheese, no proper toppings, Never come back again. Very unhappy.

Ordered online for home delivery after 40 minutes rang to find out how much longer and was told there was no record of order so I said don't bother just refund my credit card. Then 2 hours later had phone call from them to ask why I had not picked up order. Told them I we had just finished a Dominoes Pizza. We wont be calling Pizza Hut again. very poor service from Timaru store

I'm a customer writing in regards to dinning in at one of your last few standing dine in reastraunts. I dined in with my family on the 23.1.15 around 6pm after a lot of work looking to rediscover a early childhood enjoyment I found a store that still did dine in for customers. Now the big question is where do I start thou the establishment was really nice that's where it stopped. I was apaulled at the service taking forever to see someone an the amount of food on offer. 6 pizzas 5 being of a classics range n 1 of the normal range its nothing special, semi warm fries that were over salted it was disgusting, pasta poorly made, potatoes salad that tasted like plastic an that's not it but also a sad selection of salads an two sauces. For the price that's not exactly what I would call satisfactory at all. Desert didn't do any better as it took 45mins to fill chocolate moose as it was empty when we arrived. I will never dine there again I had to go buy my kids happy meals from McDonalds after already spending 50 dollars on this meal. I'd really appreciate some sort of compensation for this very apaulling meal. I read a review about it great to find one an having them all not being extinct but if this is how service is offered it would be better exstinct an just stick so selling pizza over the counter as I would have been happy just buying a few pizzas rather then wasting my money for zero satisfaction.

Pizzahut is one of the greatest fast food chains in New Zeeland. Their greatness is represented by very good quality pizzas that are very tasty and can be bought for reasonable price.
