We ordered the pizzas for a birthday dinner, which were supposed to arrive at 6:30pm but arrived at 7:13pm. Not only is this wait time ABYSMAL, but the pizzas were as COLD AS ANTARCTICA!!!!! The driver didn't even see any problem. Although I was polite in saying we weren't very happy, I feel as though I should have said a lot more. Therefore, Richmond Pizza Hut pretty much sucks. We're not angry, just disappointed. PERIOD.

One star is an overstatement. 2 hours to make and deliver a pizza 1km from store. No apology despite calling and asking for an update on delivery 3 times. I’d be bankrupt if I treated my customers like this. Am now voting with my feet and will tell everyone i know to avoid Pizza Hut in the future.

I ordered the new York pizza last night. They rang me for some reason in which I had trouble understanding the women. My pizza arrived with no topping on it(what a waste of $35. I went straight to the store and ask why no topping and I wanted my money back,the store manager rang the police and said he's not giving my money back so I spent the next half an hour waiting for the police and we both agreed that he put the topping on and I had a cold pizza with the salami thrown on the pizza. I was so angry with their attitude and the pizza was horrible.in short terms of you want your money back they will ring the police

To the staff member working at the the Te Ngae store, Rotorua 07/01/21. First off I placed my order at the lastest possible time to pick up because I was driving back from out of town. At this time of night I wasn't expecting the pizza to be anything amazing. I ordered x2 XL pizzas one thin and crispy one pan. These really were the best pizzas I have ever eaten. I didn't order extra cheese or pepperoni but the cheese was perfectly to the edges and the pepperoni was plentiful. The two bases were AWESOME, the thin and crispy was cooked perfectly and yet still foldable. The pan base was so soft and fluffy it was AMAZING. Than to top it all off it was cut with love and presicion, where every piece was cut perfectly. You deserve a pay rise for that.

Your value deals is confusing. I ordered the favourites 3 large pizza n 2 sides thinking it will be $25 dollars just to be told its only for classic pizza. The poster does not say classic pizza value deal. I believe that the poster is misleading. Can this be sorted. I bought my pizza from Dinsdale shop

I just called around 11:30pm to place the order from pizza hut situated at corner of broadway and Albert street in Palmerston north but they said we are closed to taking order from around 10pm. We were there at 11.36pm to place the the order at the store that two guys still at store when he seems customer is coming then he tried to closed the lights of store. Even though they don’t apologize for that. I don’t think why that store Opened till 12 if they cant take any order at 10pm.
Its totally shameful and worst experience with pizza hut at first time
I would recommend to everyone that try to avoid for placing any order from that store and go to dominos instead that.

i ordered pizza hutt from newtown Wellington lastnight $100 worth and didnt get a delivery waited the whole night to feed my 3 kids i just want a full refund

I ordered 2 large pizza from Birkenhead Pizza Hut but it was Worst pizza ever. Not enough toppings. We ordered these same pizza from otara Pizza Hut, those was awesome. I ordered from Pizza Hut after long time but once again you guys disappointed me. Please guide your staff how to make pizza and do toppings.

I feel bad for saying cause I'm glad there is a vegan option but that is the worst vegan pizza I've ever had. I only could bare two slices. At least the crusts were edible:(

I received a email for a free pizza on 29/02 so clicked on the order now button and after 15 minutes of frustration I still could not receive my free pizza. I phoned my local pizza store and they said too bad try again not their problem. Worst service and the email was a scam.

Experience was rediculous.
I ordered extra large stuff crust classic veggie from manukau store. When i arrived there the girl who served was busy on personel phone , i had to call her to be served.Then she asked me to pay for the wrong order which $33.60. I had to ask her to charge the right amount of $13.90.
I did go home and found out that there was no apricot drizzle and no basil pesto drizzle on pizza, and even i paid $1 for that.

Trainee that served us was polite and clean. The the senior staff appeared, filthy. If one had attempted to take my order I would have walked out. Anyone who gets that much food on them is either very messy or not cleaning the uniform daily. Yuck.

Worst delivery system ever! My boyfriend ordered 2 pizzas at like 10.41pm (I know, late timing to order) for delivery, they said it would be here by 11.15pm (I know after hours is annoying) AND THEY MEVER TURNED UP, SO MY BOYFRIEND SPEND $36 FOR NO ONE TO TURN UP. WERE STICKING TO DOMINOS FROM NOW ON BECAUSE THEYRE TRUST WORTHY!!

We switched to dominos a year ago, but tonight decided to give pizza hut another go, what a mistake!
We ordered 3 regular pizzas from the website and when they were delivered we got 3 mini pizzas. I said to the delivery guy that there has been a mistake, he said "that's not my problem I just deliver them, ring the store if your not happy".
As I had already paid for them through their website I didn't have a choice.
I rang the store and straight away the man on the phone said
"we delivered what you ordered, that's your fault if you didnt realise it was a mini pizza"
As I stated to the guy, the website said regular not mini. He said that he will deliver us larger pizzas but we have to pay for them.
So angry, $36 for 3 mini pizzas to feed a family of four!
Will never buy from pizza hut again. False advertising and extremely rude staff.
Also the pizza was not enjoyable, and only just warm.
Really disappointed.
