I had been having connection issues but through the live chat Cherry was able to sort everything really quickly for me :) pleasantly surprised how easy it was!

If I could give zero stars to this outfit I would. Cancelled the contract in April in writing, they continued collecting DD for 2 months then when I called them, they said I hadn't responded to their offer of a better contract rate so they let the account continue...had a massive row with a moron on the phone who told me it's their policy to do this...it's contrary to your own terms and conditions you plank! Now we have a debt collection agency chasing us for a non existent debt. Bank gave the money back under the DD guarantee because we could prove we had cancelled correctly but still we get a bill.

Guys look at all the 5 star reviews ..Alfred , Cris , Cherry …mentioning almost every one. Very very odd they get 11k reviews all like this.

I wondered how my experience with this terrible company could be so contrary to others and then I looked at the reviews.

Trustpilot please look into it.

As for my case …Just received debt collection letter for £169.99 with no warning. Settled my final bill of £6.97 in April and heard nothing since.

Debt Collector said I’d been sent letters which is a complete lie.

Awful company and service.
The Monthly bill was £10 more than advertised. The company charged me twice in one month and the router was never delivered. When I tried to discuss this with customer services they fobbed me off. Do not use this company, they are the worst broadband company I have ever used.

The young lady (Cherry) was extremely patient lady who dealt with an almost 80 years old gentleman whose knowledge of computing could have been written on the back of a credit card.
With her guidance we managed to rectify the problem I had accessing WIFI.

My call to Poptelecom was answered by Josie and after explaining the problem I was having she couldn't have been more helpful. Instead of having me hang on the phone she called me back when she had solved the problem and then gave me thirty minutes to match my device back to Wi-Fi and then called back to make sure I was re-connected and everything was OK. Top marks to Josie.

Charged £169.99 for non return of equipment from over 2 years ago. I sent the router back recorded mail in 2024 but unless I can provide receipt from post office they will commence legal action. That receipt is long gone and I think they rely on that. What a sneaky business tactic.

They will try to charge you £80 if you don't return the router.

The broadband service has been intermittent for over a year now (contract is 18mo and I can't wait to move away).

When raising issue with support, they were friendly enough, however, they were unable to fix it despite tens of calls.
When they decided to send a bt open reach engineer, they told me that if the issue was not related to bt openreach, I will be charged a call out fee.
I gave 2 instead of 1 because of the friendly staff and easy to reach call centre despite them not being able to resolve my issue to date.

Agent was very patient , I am not tech savvy, my request was dealt with in a confident and proffesiona manner we had to negoitiation over a cost which she resolved to my satisfaction !via a supervisor following my call and despatch of replacement item I was kept fully informed of its despatch and a follow up call ensued after its arrival to confirm it solved my issue - which it had.
Very impressed with service, as usual with this company, over many years.

Short wait to talk to Cherry who was then brilliant at getting our broadband working. Knowledgable and determined. Would definitely recommend Pop if this is typical of their customer service.

INCOMPETENT staff, have terminated contract in March - paid outstanding fees (FOR TERMINATING CONTRACT???) for a WHOLE month not being told that I’m paying for a month upfront for the internet that I am NOT going to use. AUGUST (today) I get letters from debt collectors for some outstanding fees??? BUNCH OF SCAMMERS AND INCOMPETENT MORONS AVOID IF YOU WANNA SAVE YOURSELF STRESS!!!!! START HIRING FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKERS -1000000 CUSTOMER SERVICE

Josie was very helpful over multiple days in getting full fivre installed and helping with any technical issues.
