Excellent service over the phone with Cherry who helped solve my query promptly!

Short wait to talk to Cherry who was then brilliant at getting our broadband working. Knowledgable and determined. Would definitely recommend Pop if this is typical of their customer service.

INCOMPETENT staff, have terminated contract in March - paid outstanding fees (FOR TERMINATING CONTRACT???) for a WHOLE month not being told that I’m paying for a month upfront for the internet that I am NOT going to use. AUGUST (today) I get letters from debt collectors for some outstanding fees??? BUNCH OF SCAMMERS AND INCOMPETENT MORONS AVOID IF YOU WANNA SAVE YOURSELF STRESS!!!!! START HIRING FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKERS -1000000 CUSTOMER SERVICE

Josie was very helpful over multiple days in getting full fivre installed and helping with any technical issues.

Initially had an issue due to incorrect admin password being sent and slow unsteady speeds. Alfred helped to remotely set up the router and was very patient with good customer-centred communication and spent around 30 mins to help me. Went away and worked then called back later and everything was set up and working fine.

Perseverance needed to resolve my issue but got there in the end. Alfred was patient with me, I have a few health problems that meant I had difficulty in carrying out some of the process eg putting and removing a plug from the socket.

Wanted to pay upcoming bill by different method, due to faulty replacement card. Josie listened to my concerns and confirmed all was well.

Internet service was reliable.
Customer service was good.
End of contract experience very poor; no polite email asking return of equipment with instructions, just an additional invoice for 79.99 for non- return of equipment 3 days after end of contract. And you have to package it and send it at your own expense.

Great price broadband good support from customer service prior to delivery of router. Equipment arrived in good time and really easy (plug and play) to set up. Thanks Gareth.

Cherry was superb ! I had questions about e-mails that were sent to me that I didn't understand. She did an investigation and answered all of my questions! I felt so happy with the answers she gave me !! A++ for a helpful and pleasant response :-)

Very welcoming and informative customer service by Cris.

They offered a really good value headline price (on a black friday deal, via MoneySupermarket) however they trick you with pointless add ons which they tell you are free at first (e.g. 'landline assurance', which is entirely unneccesary), and at the end of the fixed contract period, ramp up your prices astronomically. Overall, it was still cheap, but only becuase I managed to switch away before too long.

The billing system and emails are astonishingly primitive, but full-fibre internet speeds were in line with what they promised, which I guess is the most important thing.

Alfred helped me fix the issue quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

Although Agent Josie was clearly Asian by ethnicity, she kindly & patiently steered me through many pages of baffling letters & numbers to set up my computer on Broadband. She showed great empathy throughout & phoned back when she said she would! Thank you

I contacted technical support to resolve an internet connection issue after changing to fibre.
Cherry was very helpful and patient. After some careful fault finding the issue was resolved and I am back up and running. Thanks!

Remarkable that one company can receive so many five star reviews....
I was with this outfit for over six years until they randomly cut off my broadband service citing an "unauthorised line transfer" - twice!!
Despite this accusation of "slamming" by another provider no evidence of wrongdoing was ever forthcoming.
My treatment by these cowboys left me reliant on expensive mobile broadband for over three weeks while they dithered over re-connecting - which they ultimately failed.
Best avoided like ebola

Alfred made what was initially a frustating experience turn into a calm, reassuring plan forward to get my internet working. I really apprecited how kind he was, and felt he was really in my corner to resolve the issue as quickly as he could! Such a lovely guy, and I really appreciated his care.
