Very good to deal with. Showroom (Aberdeen) is modern and relevant. Harris Salter was very accommodating, and very helpful in locating the right items for us.

There are tiles and then there are Porcelanosa tiles. For great choice of innovative, textured, beautiful, quality tiles shop here. If you want to make your interior special, we think they have the solutions. Sophie @ newbridge was very helpful and knowledgable providing samples, pricing and product info. Order placed and all questions answered. Delivery made on time to fit site program.

Porcelanossa (Aberdeen) provided exquisite wall tiles and floor tiles for my new shower room. Harris Salter was curteous and professional. He provided expert advice and when an unexpected change happened with job, (I was travelling on holiday at the time) Harris was extremely helpful, focused and arranged at short notice a delivery of the product.

the range and quality of products on display was impressive .the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the process, both Harris Salter and Ayomide Monebi.
The delivery issues which were disappointing -re timescale but were dealt with to the best of their ability. The delivery system and packaging needs to be scrutinised it was not acceptable for the type and value of product and we had 4 broken 1200x 1200 tiles on arrival.

We only needed a small order of Porcelanosa tiles and it was a bit tricky as we are over an hour away from the Aberdeen showroom and the local home store that is a retailer for the tiles, was messing us about. We got in touch with Porcelanosa directly and Harris Salter in the Aberdeen branch really helped make the ordering online and delivery easy.
The tiles are gorgeous and I definitely recommend ordering from Porcelanosa

Mi experiencia con Porcelanosa en relación con un grifo empotrado en pared ha sido completamente insatisfactoria.
Tras más de un año desde la instalación, el grifo sigue sin funcionar correctamente. A lo largo de este tiempo, se han realizado al menos cinco intervenciones técnicas para intentar solucionarlo, sin éxito. El principal problema es que resulta imposible regular el caudal de agua y deja de funcionar el pulsador, lo que evidencia un fallo importante en el producto o en su instalación.
Lo más preocupante no es solo el defecto en sí, sino la falta de solución definitiva tras múltiples intentos de reparación. Esto genera una gran frustración, pérdida de tiempo y molestias continuas en el uso diario.
Esperaba mucho más de una marca como Porcelanosa, que se supone ofrece productos de alta calidad y un servicio acorde. Sin embargo, en este caso, ni el producto no ha estado a la altura.
A día de hoy, sigo con un grifo inservible después de un año y varias reparaciones, lo cual considero totalmente inaceptable.

Contacted Porcelanosa Braehead branch today, 4 June 26, as we were short on tiles and urgently needed two more boxes of the block butan bone. Abby Matthew’s was superb and managed to arrange uplift earlier than would otherwise have been the case. Saved a delay in getting the en-suite refurb finished. Thank you. C Muir.

Very efficient and prompt service. My order arrived exactly as promised, and the customer service was excellent throughout. I particularly appreciated the phone call to confirm that my order was ready for collection.

We received a very good service from the showroom in Cribbs Causeway. Our sales consultant Isha Sayeed was extremely friendly and helpful. She helped us with our tile choice and any queries or worries we had she quickly sorted out for us. On receipt of delivery of the tiles we noticed that one was broken but after reporting this back a replacement was delivered promptly. Highly recommend this company and Isha !

Ordered many times from porcelanosa but when it goes wrong…. Poor service. Delivery poor - tiles were not protected and the whole extra box I needed arrived broken in half. Reported all and was then asked to wait for porcelanosa to collect them, their head office told me I would not get any refund if they do not get the broken tiles. How can I know - could heave thrown them out - now need to sit and wait here for them to collect. Timeslot given - the whole day! No apologies, no nothing. Just rude.

A lot of good advice and help from Reece. Nothing too much trouble, Reece was very happy to go through all options and to explain about the advantages and disadvantages of different sizes, and explained a lot about the underfloor heating we are having, and provided details on the materials required.

At the Fulham store I was really looked after by Spencer - he was responsive, attentive and professional - with warmth.
