Possibly the worst decision we made for our new build. We bought the patinated brass Quooker Flex and it is ruined with water marks and staining. It has destroyed the look of our brand new kitchen. I have contacted Quooker, and have been told that’s just ‘the look of the patinated finished’. I would not recommend and would never choose this tap again.

I had My Quooker tap serviced recently . The Service engineer Ryan Platts was on time , professional Knowlegable,friendly, worked efficiently and tidied up after himself. All round an excellent experience

My cold water filter stopped working over the past few weeks, I contacted Quooker and within a few hours I had an appointment with sevice engineer, Ryan Platts visited, was extremley helpful and sorted the issue out quickly, he was professional , courteous and very happy to demonstrate and walk me through any concerns, service was excellent , thank you Ryan.

Ryan was excellent. Pleasant to deal with, really helpful and knowledgeable. From start to finish - registering the product, booking the call out and the call out itself was all within 24 hours.

Brilliant service from booking the appointment through to arranging and confirming the booking. I was given plenty of notice of when Ryan Platts was due to arrive. He arrived on time and, as usual, was very pleasant and provided a brilliant service. He has such a pleasant and relaxed personality, which immediately puts you at ease, and he never makes you feel like you are an inconvenience explaining issues. Everything is now in working order again.

I got a quick response to my service request. Ryan, their service engineer contacted me the day before the call to give me a time of arrival.
After his survey he quickly identified the fault and offered other recommendations and the cost. I agreed to all as my unit is nearly 9 years old. He checked that everything was working properly.He was efficent and courteous.

I booked a service and had to postpone it twice. There was no problem whatsoever booking a new date each time. Then the engineer Ryan arrived exactly on time on the day. He sorted out a small issue for me and could not have been more helpful. He made sure I knew how to change the filter and gave me lots of advice on the Cube which I’m considering adding on to my Quooker. 5 stars from me for Ryan!
