I had an issue with a retailer website crashing whilst purchasing my goods. This meant the Reward Gateway voucher wasn't used and the retailer took payment from my bank, instead of voucher. After getting in touch with the Reward Gateway team, they were kind enough to assist in getting me a refund for my vouchers by escalating the case to the retailer. The process was easy, helpful and helped me get out of losing money for the vouchers. Thank you!

I left Reward Gateway because I stopped working with my current employer. However, I still had money on a loadable card which I could no longer access. Angela, at Reward Gateway, dealt with my issue quickly and issued me a new voucher. She was polite and prompt.

I've worked with the RGER team for almost 6 years now and after a period of instability we have now settled into a productive and highly effective relationship. Our client success manager feels like an extension of our small in-house team and we benefit greatly from his insights, experience and skills. We've got to know the wider team too and have participated in many events, webinars and best practice sharing opportunities, all of which have helped improve our platform further. I've worked with many platforms and this is the best. It's not without some issues. Our search function isn't how we'd like it and we'd love to promote just one App to our staff rather than two but the wellbeing centre and discounts are very popular, we blog often and successfully run our recognition programme via the platform.

Great choice of shops, easy to redeem code but sometimes when putting details in i have to do it twice in a different way as it comes up invalid name or e.mail address

Please read before buying any “Vouchers” from this company.

I recently purchased a Just Eats Voucher, I followed the on screen instruction's and came to the screen where you enter your voucher code. I entered the code and an error came up basically saying the voucher code is incorrect. I retried the code and got the same error.

It took that much messing about with the nearly £29 voucher from this company that in the end I just paid full price my only problem was that now I needed a refund for the Just Eats Voucher I purchased from this company.

I started talking through “Chat” and told them what had happened and the Voucher they sold me was not usable and didn’t work. I was then asked for my details about my account and they would email me as soon as possible. Next day I received an email telling me I should contact “Just Eats” and ask them why the Voucher I bought from “Reward Gateway” doesn’t work… Basically passing the book around.

I haven’t contacted Just Eats because they’re not the ones who sold me the Voucher and I told “Reward Gateway” this via Email. Reward Gateway have not responded to my last email and probably never will. I am now out of pocket by nearly £29. My next stop is contacting “Trading Standards UK” & “Apple” to get the app removed from there site.

I find it disgusting how I have been treated and have definitely been robbed of £29. I will also contact head office of my company so that this “Dodgy” reward scheme cannot rob anyone else of money.

Great straightforward service

I recently contacted the customer support team to get a voucher reimbursed after realising it couldn’t be used for online shopping. The support agent, Spas, was very understanding and quickly helped cancel the voucher with the provider and process the reimbursement. Really smooth and helpful experience.
