I recently contacted the customer support team to get a voucher reimbursed after realising it couldn’t be used for online shopping. The support agent, Spas, was very understanding and quickly helped cancel the voucher with the provider and process the reimbursement. Really smooth and helpful experience.

Huge scam and joke of a company.

Cashback never gets approved on time and you're then questioned anout the cashback months later when you query it.

Absolute awful system, reported back to the employer that rewards never get approved causing misleading purchases and switches of utilities which I would of NOT done if I knew the cashback wouldnt get approved.

Multiple times over the course of 3 years cashback and rewards went rejected.

Also reporting to the ombudsmen too.

We have worked with Reward Gateway for 6 years. We find them innovative, forward thinking, and they give us a great customer experience. Our colleagues enjoy the discounts that the site offer, but our recognition and e-cards processes really add to our employee experience

Reward Gateway is a great way for employees to save money, from cashback to discounts on prepaid cards.

Whenever I've had issues with vouchers or gift cards, Reward Gateway helpdesk have always been quick to respond and very helpful.

I've always had a great experience with RG and anyone who works there that I have interacted with. I've always found everyone to be very helpful and professional, with a great deal of knowledge and willingness to help.

My employer uses Edenred for our commuting and parking benefits, upon signing up for the parking benefit I was told by the perking garage that my card was declined even though I have enough funds.

Called Edenred back, their customer service reps are awfully rude and do not care about their jobs -- on top of that they told me the largest parking company in NYC is listed as "real estate" and not parking -- which makes no sense.

Overall told me I cannot park at a parking garage because my benefits are not "real estate" benefits.
