I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback following the completion of my SafeContractor Part 2: Sustainability questionnaire. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received throughout the process. In particular I want to highlight the outstanding support from Rob Corish. Rob went above and beyond to assist me and his guidance was instrumental in ensuring my health and safety submission was successfully passed. His professionalism, clarity, and willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and stress free.
Regarding the advisory note on providing full accounts, I will be able to send over my monthly accounts once they are completed in May, hopefully during the first week of June.

Excellent support and guidance for my annual renewal
I recently went through my annual SafeContractor renewal, and the process was made so much smoother thanks to the fantastic support from my health & safety auditor, Samantha Lane. Renewing compliance documents can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Samantha was incredibly helpful and patient. She took the time to provide clear, practical guidance on exactly what was needed to get my paperwork up to standard. It is great to work with an auditor who genuinely wants to help you succeed rather than just ticking boxes. Highly recommend!

I opted for the fast track package as we needed verification quickly. I thought we had everything in place before we started, but we hadn't. The team were fabulous walking me through every step. Not only do I have a lovely shiny certificate, my company is in a fantastic place and I now have those small gaps ( I didn't know I had) filled.
