I purchased over £100 in products, 1 item never arrived although i certainly paid £38 for it!
I emailed them, was asked about the parcel, i confirmed it was fine but the item isnt in there. They showed me the inventory list for my item!
I then recieved no response so i asked what will happen, they offered me the product to be sent out or refund. Since the time had passed i asked for a refund and that i would repurchase same items in the future but that at the moment i purchased an alternative.
Once again, no response, no refund.

Then after purchase showed a notification ' vat free now' what !?!?! I spent almost £30 on just vat to literally be showed vat free after my checkout.
Still show vat free for purchases over a week after I completed my purchase.
If they are giving vat free sales, why charge us crazy vat???

The electric table motor started to malfunction after a couple of months. After 6 months it no longer would raise with a person sitting on it.
Salon direct ignored me. Replied occasionally to my emails with very unhelpful responses, designed to lead me on to thinking they were sending an engineer, but clearly wanted to drag it out over 12 months.
After 12 months I still never heard back, at which point it was out of warranty.... Convenient.
After 12 months it got completely stuck and power supply failed...Its completely unsable.

It appears the company has now gone bust...

(Also the arms have turned a disgusting yellow colour.)

This company is a scam, I was cheated in November, got my money back after making a claim in my bank. After that I ordered at Salonlines (salonlines.co) and all was good and as promised. They also told me a lot of customers scammed by salondirectgroup and salonbeautyfurniture uk addressed them after their bad experience.

Be aware salonlines.co is the same company

Avoid they’re scammers, you’ll receive no goods.
They have now opened a new company under the name of Beauty Salon Furniture UK.
Avid and report them to the trade standards and your bank.

Anyone who has been scammed and had their hard earned cash stolen by these theives- contact your bank and raise a debit card fraud claim. I managed to get my money back the whole ordeal took from May-December. Don't just accept this loss. Send ALL your correspondence to the fraud dept at your bank, the more they have the better. Overjoyed to see they are permanently closed, but I'm sure they will pop up under another name

Don’t Ever use this companyI would have given a zero if I could,this company gave us 8 salon chairs and one was a completely different chair,they said the money had been processed and would be in our account that was in July,still waiting and don’t reply to emails,in these trying times I think it’s a disgrace.

This company has literally scammed lots of people. I would bet they have open up under another name by now. Worse still, they take PayPal, so you think you are in a save pair of hands. PayPal didn’t want to know as I was outside their terms. I waited far too long for my goods. I was silly enough to keep chasing the actual company itself. Worst customer service ever. As a small business, it’s a low blow to get service like this and left out of pocket.

We ordered a manicure chair in April. we did not receive it nor the refund. Managed to speak to someone over the phone. It looks like this company scams people and does not care. Small claims court next

I placed an order back in May. Wish I had done more research as I still have not received the item and can never get through on the phones or get any response to emails. absolutely disgraceful service and cowboys! taking money and not delivering goods!

Since my poor review Salon Direct have sorted out the problem, the Idola has new packaging and wording
this was all very confusing but l am pleased it was sorted l will now continue to buy from this company

Wish I had read reviews before buying furniture. Brought on 1st July, no show of furniture then asked for refund on 6th August and still nothing. Just looked online and they are saying permanently closed....does this mean they have gone into liquidation??

I paid in May 1700 euro for my order. So , i sent 20 emails, still don't have refund and of course no furniture. To say i am disappointment, it say nothing. If anyone knows who i can contact please let me know.

I bought a dryer , it came faulty .I contacted them they ask me to return it ,paid £12 to return .After they confirmed they received the dryer by phone.it’s been over a month No refund,No hair dryer.The painful part was the £12 paid for return .

After they show there shop are closed I found the same products with salonlines.co/ and I called them and I tried to refund my Money but they said its another company they have the exact products and the exact costumer service - scammers - i call the Police and the will investigate them

SCAM! They have rebranded as SALON BEAUTY FURNITURE...Stay away. Been waiting for products and refund since June!

Don't reply to emails or phone calls
