Scammers DO NOT USE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Salon beauty furniture uk is also the same company. ordered in June stated 10-14 day delivery on website. After this time I contacted they responded with taking up to 21 days, after this time I contacted them again (they don’t contact you) stated guaranteed 10 days delivery. Surprise surprise didn’t happen! I contacted again and told guaranteed customs releasing in next 2 weeks which if course didn’t happen. So after 7 weeks they wouldn’t answer phones wouldn’t reply to emails or live chats. Had to do charge back through bank to get money back and hav3 reported to trading standards as well. They have multiple people they have scammed and you now can’t access your account on website and thankfully the website isn’t taking orders BUT be warned salon beauty furniture uk is same company and the website is live the SDG website linked to the salon beauty furniture uk website when it processed your order so don’t believe if they try telling you it’s different!

STAY AWAY from this 'company'
Ordered 3 tattoo chairs at the beginning of June after they told us they had a week turnaround. Waited for 6 weeks, constantly being promised they'd be on their way until finally one day they admitted they had no idea where the chairs were. They said we could cancel for a refund so we did, then they tried to tell us they'd keep the £50 delivery fee (for something they never delivered???)
They BLOCKED all associated phone numbers so we couldn't call them, ignored all our emails. We were out of pocket by over £1k. Finally got a refund months later, but only after threatening legal action via email and disputing with the bank.
They don't even have an address or FAQ's or T&C's or anything on their website. I think they have zero intention of ever sending anything. I see some people here and there have recieved things but I promise it is NOT WORTH IT.
If you've had trouble with this company, report to trading standards, report to your bank, and constantly email them to ask for your refund and tell them you'll take legal action until they refund you.

This is a scam company avoid at all costs they have robbed me of £400 and have ceased all communication! Ordered to salon beds eta for delivery was 10-18days took near 3 months for delivery and only one arrived!they have now stopped all communication

SCAMMERS...If I could leave 0 stars I would, absolutely disgusting company, placed an order 17th June, totalling £1200, constantly fobbed off, told my order was stuck in customs, can never get hold of them on the phone, now the phone line is just engaged and email's dont send...
Thankfully I paid through PayPal, so I've managed to claim through them,.

I ordered a wall hood dryer from SALON DIRECT GROUP 25/05/2021 and still have not received it..

I use to call every week asking for my purchase and kept getting told it was on its way. In the end I gave up and requested a refund at the beginning of July.. it is not the end of august and I’m still waiting and emailing.. I have now reported them to trading standards.. NEVER AGAIN.. massive scam beware!

The worst company ever. I Ordered a beauty bed which said 7-18 days delivery. 2 months later & still no bed. Numerous emails sent , constantly fobbed off or ignored. They never answer the phone, tell persistent lies & don’t respond to emails of refund request. I contacted my bank in the end & they sorted it for me. The order was cancelled & my money returned.

Order on the 26 June still nothing

This company is a scam , full of rubbish, refuse to send a refund and the goods ....
So either way it's a big No Go !
Don't buy from these people
I am now intouch with ny bank and will hopefully get a refund through them .

Scammers, stay away! Take your money and don’t send the products, and then don’t send you a refund either it’s been months! Considering the hair and beauty industry havnt exactly had the easiest 2 years then there’s companies like this out there!

I have ordered chairs from salon direct group somewhere in the middle of June 2021, it's now the 5th of August over 50 days and I haven't received them yet. Did try to contact customer care on multiple occasions, no positive response except you said that it's coming from the EU and taking time, but 50 days is unacceptable, because of this delay I have had loss in my business and chairs are a very important part for my business.
Not replying to emails at all !!!

I ordered 2 items at high value and waited for the advertised 18 working days to pass with still no delivery or even an update. Everytime I called for an update, I had to try atleast 5 or 6 times to get through as it rings, then goes on hold, repeats a few times and then just cuts you off. The times I did finally get through I kept getting robbed off that ‘due to brexit they items were being held at customs’. Brexit passed 8 months ago, and I checked, and there was no reason a beauty bed and stool would be held in customs. After a month passed with still no forthcoming correspondence, I asked to speak to a manager as wanted a refund, which I was told would take upto 14 days. I was advised the managers are in Germany so I couldn’t speak to one. I asked for a BACS or CHAPS payment to be made to me as refused to let them hold my money for a further 2 weeks, I was told they would pass to accounts with my request. 3 days passed, still nothing. I contacted my bank who advised to put a fraud claim through, which I did, and the money was in my account within an hour

I waited months for my electric beauty couch. They advised me when I CONTACTED THEM (there was zero communication from their side) it would be an additional 2 weeks. This happened twice. They sent me a different model instead which they had in their warehouse. It broke down completely after one week!!! They now don’t answer the phone. I have contacted my bank to resolve this. SCAM COMPANY!!!

SCAM!!! Do not order absolutely anything from them I placed an order 4 months ago, I’ve still not received my order of my refund from them. Can never get through to anyone, was told nearly a month ago my refund has been issued!!! DO NOT USE!

This company is fake they take your money and you don't get your order. Avoid at all cost they don't answer the phone or email. They shouldn't be allowed to have a credit card facilty its a joke. Should be 0 stars

If only it were possible to leave no stars, literally just scam artists, believe the one star reviews and avoid at all costs. The two five star reviews are so clearly fake I'm surprised they weren't embarrassed enough to take them down, even more surprised TP leaves them up. We have reported them to trading standards and I implore anyone else who has come across them to do the same, companies like this and their owners have to be brought to justice.

Avoid this company.Everything they say is lie.I bought a spa couch and they said 7to 18 working days.After a month I rang and they said it is delayed and again and again.I have to pay rent for my salon and asked them to cancel my money and I would order somewhere else.They said you lose delivery fee(£50) which they haven’t sent it yet.I accepted and still waiting for my refund.

I'm really concerned about my order. I placed an order over a month ago with a wait time of 10-18 days, so well overdue. I was not made aware of any delays and have not received any updates via email or telephone. The lady on the other end of the telephone has said that it has been in customs and has been for past 2 weeks! No tracking provided or ETA for delivery.
