This company is a fake do not use . 7 weeks now and will have to go to Cc company to complain as well as trading standards . Over £300 lost same as lots of other customers. I wish I read those reviews first.

Scam please do not use lost a lot if money

Absolute disgrace of a company. Do NOT confuse this utter fake company salondirectgroup which is aptly named so like us you will confuse them with the very genuine and superb salons direct. Salondirectgroup took our money and completely fabricated story after story about manufacturers not shipping or held in customs or covid every week a different excuse and every week a contradiction if the last story they can’t even remember their own lies and every storey was followed with guarantees of this week delivery. In the end we cancelled and were then met with even more excuses as to why our refund were not processed along with oh we don’t deal with it we’ve passed your information on followed by been ignored via emails and telephone. Eventually we opened a fraud case with our bank. This company is a fake and they also appear to be behind many other websites so be very very careful if you do order, record every conversation you have with them, these people are not genuine.

The worst company I have ever used.

Ordered a salon chair from this company and chased it up after a few weeks, was told they were awaiting delivery to their warehouse. Cancelled the order as it was taking too long and had to chase the refund, waited the full 14 days as recommended & then contacted my bank who confirmed they had not sent over the refund. I have had to dispute the issue with my bank to get my money back.
They never answer the phone and ignore you when you message them on the web chat.

Absolutely shocking. Do not order from this company. I read the reviews before ordering and thought my order would be fine. I was wrong. I have been promised week after week that my order will be dispatched the next week and every week that promise has not been fulfilled. I ordered on 24th May and with 18 working days lead time, my order is now 6 weeks late!! I have lost out on many clients due to their delay and their response is pathetic. I have now asked to cancel my order and they tell me the delivery fee is non refundable because it has been shipped from their manufacturer even though they cannot even give me a date of arrival they just say it will be dispatched this week, something I have heard many times. I have requested my refund and I have no doubt that this will now be another battle for my money. Absolute disgrace of a company.

Disgusting company. The worse in service. Always make promises and never delivers. Appalling people to deal with. Ordered a pedicure chair and it took 2 months to arrive. The basin is now faulty but can never get an answer. In the process of contacting trading standards and going through court.

There should be an option for zero stars.

Placed an order for a treatment chair. No updates from supplier. When chased, was told it was being shipped in from another country. I only purchased this as I was told it was in stock and I needed it ASAP!
Cancelled order and now awaiting refund. Probably have to wait another 2 months for that!! 🙄

Very unprofessional company that you should avoid like the plague! Go elsewhere with your hard earned money! I read the bad reviews and ignored them. You live and learn!!

Avoid this company. Ordered a beauty bed that claimed to be in stock to find out it was getting shipped in from another country (only bought as it stated it was in stock!) after waiting nearly 4 weeks I cancelled order and requested a refund. I AM STILL WAITING 12 working days later for my refund. Their response when I messaged asking where my refund was “it’s only been 11 working day call back on the 14th working day if it still isn’t in your bank” so still no beauty bed (£500) nor refund so I can order another one. As if this year hasn’t been bad enough and the beauty industry has been hit hard companies like this leave you hanging on for goods

OMG THE BEST ILL ALWAYS ORDER FROM HERE , although they do have a long delivery date but the products are amazing!! I MEAN THE QUALITY IS JUST WOW!

I have been waiting for over a month for a nail table to arrive. Been fobbed off with fake delivery dates and when the delivery fails to materialise you hear absolutely nothing from them.
They do not pick up the phone or answer emails and customer service is totally non existent.
Contact Trading Standards for advice if you are struggling with getting a refund.
They should be avoided at all costs and NOT confused with SALON DIRECT who are perfectly reputable.

I am absolutely appalled with the service that I have received from salon group direct! I would give this company a 0 if I could!

I ordered my washing basin on the 11th March. There website states that there is a lead time of 7-10 days. Not only did my basin turn up 6 weeks late, which meant I lost 2 weeks of earning. It also arrived smashed and the completely incorrect chair!! through out this process I have contacted salon group direct to which all members of staff have been extremely unhelpful! always promise to call back with an update which they never do! No apology for what has happened!

I am now struggling to get my money back from them! I had the goods picked up from me and they are refusing to proceed with sending the money back to me!!

Terrible customer service & no transparency on delivery times or what items are in stock. I place my order and did not receive any updates from them for over 3 weeks. I emailed, called (their line does not work, they have to call you back), live chat to ask when they will be dispatching as I will need them by the 12th. The company has lied multiple times saying that they are expecting a shipment and that my order could be dispatched tomorrow. They said this to me last week and said the same thing yesterday. None of their team told me that they were waiting for a shipment from Europe and that there are delays due to Brexit - I found this out from reading other negative reviews. They kept saying that it's likely I will receive it in the next few days and to just wait for the dispatch email.

I asked for a refund, took them weeks to respond to. They agreed to issue a refund but wanted to keep the £50 shipping fee even though I asked for a refund before the order dispatched. They then decided to dispatch my order and said it was my responsibility to return it if I wanted a refund.

I have reported Salon Direct to the Trading Standard due to their negligent behaviour and at the time, I suspected that this may be a fraudulent company. The only reason they responded to me is because I said I was going to take them to court to get my money back. Their director "Wallace" - can't find him on company house - finally called me back days after and issued a full refund.

I have asked them for their company's complaints procedure as I am obviously unhappy with the way they have treated me (and many others). They refused my complaint so I told them that this will need to be settled in court. 2 hours later, there's a fake negative review left on my business page with similar writing style to the way Salon Direct respond to negative reviews here.

If I can give, I would give 0 stars. Absolutely horrible customer service. My order still hasn`t been delivered after a month. The maximum delivery time was 2 weeks when I ordered. They haven` even sent an email saying sorry for the delay or let me know, nothing. After calling them multiple times, very rude staff, not picking up the phones, not replying to the chats when they see you want to complaint. They should offer after a long wait to chase the courier, but no. When I asked for it they refused it. First and last time with them, avoid!!!!!
