Fick efter några dagar besked om att mitt paket skickats, spårningen på postnord visade att mitt paket aldrig kommit fram, jag mailade kundtjänst två gånger utan att få svar, ringde så när kundtjänst precis öppnat en vecka efter att paketet skulle ha skickats. Efter ca en halvtimme kom jag fram,efter att en kundtjänst medarbetare (Emil, som dock var hjälpsam och trevlig) undersökt det under dagen fick jag besked om att paketet hade av okänd anledning lämnat men sedan direkt gått tillbaks till deras lager. Min beställning skulle nu makuleras och fakturan likaså, det väntar jag fortfarande på. Inga skor fick jag och jag hoppas bara att jag slipper strul m fakturan också. BESTÄLL NÅGON ANNAN STANS!!!! Oseriöst!

El servicio al cliente es pésimo. Quiero hacer un reembolso de dos pares de zapatos pero al seleccionar el día y hora de la recogida pone "Error". He probado todos los días posibles y no se puede. Dado que no hay oficinas físicas donde entregar el paquete, la única opción es que vengan a buscarlo. Me puse en contacto a través de email y me dieron un número del teléfono al que llamar si seguía el error, el cual siempre tienen cerradas las oficinas. Llevo ya varias semanas intentando ponerme en contacto con ellos y no hay manera de que se me de una solución

Ordered shoes, never got delivered- and didn't get my money back. Also impossible to reach the customer service!

My first experience of using this company. I tried to order shoes - it said they were the last pair . I added to my basket and proceeded to check out . It let me put my card details in , then said the shoes were no longer available as another customer had bought them . Fair enough .
Went on website again on another occasion- shoes were showing as available again . So tried to buy again - same happened. Now I wonder if they were just scamming my credit card details? Will be watching my card carefully for any money taken .

I bought a pair of shoes from Sarenza UK that were faulty (on behalf of nike not Sarenza) I returned the product (which was made very easy by Sarenza UK) with collect plus and the parcel was lost, I then got in touch with Sarenza UK and told them what had happned and they handled the situation very well, I was contacted quickly after and I was given a full refund. Overall they were very good and they also have very competetive prices. Would definatley reccomend. I have also recently purchased from them and am very pleased with the product.

I paid 40 euros for shoes from this website, they looked like they should have cost 10 euros, scratchy hard material. With a VERY obvious flaw right down the middle! Seriously they should never even have sent me them it was so bad, how dare they expect me to pay for that. Have sent numerous complaints with absolutely no response whatsoever, have just sent them back for refund today, here's hoping I get my money. That's the first and last time I'll ever use Sarenza.de.

Signed up for their newsletter to get 15% off my order. When I tried to use it, the message I got was that the code was only valid if the order was more than 800kr (there was no previous info about it). Complained about it and asked to get off their newsletter list, the answer I got was only that they took me off the list, not a word about their missing information about the discount.

The shoes I ordered for my daughter a week ago has not yet been sent, I wonder how long I will have to wait.

Bad customer service. My order was...

1) late
2) they sent me wrong shoes
3) their return policy is from the stone age. Still waiting to get my return form by mail, and it's been TWO WEEKS.

I can't believe they're still in business.

Me mandaron un correo diciendo que habría una validación telefónica. Como nadie llamaba les contacte por correo, la respuesta del servicio de atención al cliente: "El pedido se encuentra en espera de validación. Dicha validación forma parte de un control aleatorio para asegurar la seguridad de nuestra página web", dos días después han cancelado mi pedido, nadie me ha llamado, simplemente el pedido está anulado y ahora tendría que volver a buscar los productos para realizar el pedido. Un sistema horrible, no lo recomiendo.

Ordered something with the promise that I could pick it up after 24hours at a pick-up point.

24 hours later: Mail that the order is delayed
24 hours later: another mail that the order is delayed.

Called customer service to cancel the order (I did not need the product anymore, was too late)
Cancellation was not possible, because the item was shipped

Day after: Received tracking info of the order.
End of the day received message that the product was at pick-up location. I went over there, parcel was NOT THERE.

I am really done with it. Never, ever Sarenza.

horrendous website horrendous customer service horrendous experience never again

Ett skämt från början till slut. Fick ett mail om att skorna var skickade med på postnords sida stod det fortfarande efter en vecka att de inväntade paketet. Pratade med kundtjänst som skulle söka paketet. Efter 24h fick jag ett mail om att ordern var makulerad... var ju också ett sätt att hantera en besviken kund! Varnar verkligen för den här leverantören!

.i have been waiting for my trainers one week .the delivery was delayed one day .it was worth waiting .the trainers are outstanding .

Ordered ladies converse size 5.5, however, size 39 (6) arrived. They insisted that I ordered a 39, I didn't, my order confirms I ordered a 5.5. They wouldn't admit they were wrong! Converse make half sizes, which is what I ordered.
Also, the order took nearly 2 weeks to get to me because of a cock up with the address. Cheap, but crap service.

I made an order for women's trekking sandals.
Got a pair for men, different model too.
Item returned.
Goodbye Sarenza.

Made my first ever order but then shipping was delayed by several days. Received updates of the delay and discount codes for future purchases to compensate. In these instances would rather have reductions against the current purchase of course but was ok with it. Finally was told item was shipped with Hermes to be delivered within 4 days. Never received. Ended up having to contact Sarenza again only to be told the parcel was lost. Another wonderful offer of more discount codes (it seems to be their standard response to anything) and a suggestion I revisit the site and re-order the item if it is still there?! Surely if the item was still there they should have checked their inventory and shipped a replacement without me having to check? Anyway I checked as it was quicker and of course the items have sold out!!! 2 weeks after ordering the item I have ended up with an offer of discount codes but no items and a rather self help service experience! No where near good enough for an online retailer!!

I'm glad I read the reviews for Sarenza on Trustpilot before spend £178.00 on a pair of boots. After reading the reviews complaining about poor delivery times and defective goods etc I phoned them with regards the reviews hoping for peace of mind before placing my order and was basically told it's my choice if I want to buy from them or not so I didn't. My advice is don't buy from Sarenza their attitude is terrible. How many times do you see anybody from Sarenza replying to poor feedback left on Trustpilot a big fat zero which tells you something about Sarenza's respect for customer relations. Stay clear if you don't want hassle..

These hoodies are looking really nice its comfortable fully enjoy this winter to wear these hoodies.

It's not often you find an online shop that actually bothers to keep you informed when an item is going to arrive late, but Sarenza did for me. I was emailed every 24 hours with delivery updates which is great because I didn't have to chase them. It's unfortunate my order was late, but believe this was due to circumstances out of their control. In addition to keeping me updated, they also gave me 20% off my next order by way of compensation (thanks guys)! Boots arrived and were exactly as pictured and were really good value for money. Well done Sarenza for your customer service.
