I wish I could give less than a star…

I wish I could give less than a star review. The product they sent me was severely cut off even though I had the image within the yellow lines. They refuse to refund me the money and only offered partial credit. I do not recommend this company. I am in the process of filing a charge back.

Very positive

After reading the poor reviews, I was sceptical about ordering but I’m really glad I did!
My order arrived really quickly (2nd class), I got my order within a few days of ordering. The quality was really good, I’d definitely buy from again.

Live chat works, phone only

After a bit of hassle working out how to use live chat works as only can use a phone not on laptop, which has a link in the e-mail confirmation, you will find customer service is easy to assist customers, even free credits, I think the bad reviews are down to trying to get in touch using modern live chat! Easy to get upset..not easy to be calm and realise the help is there..I guess a phone number would be helpful..but e-mail is possible too!

Shipping Prices Insane!
I had a semi-decent experience with Christmas cards in 2025, and was about to use the current sale for the 1ct prints in 4x6, glossy, that expires on 1/31/2026. This is a complete scam. A pick up in store is not possible, the customer is forced to have a mail option selected to obtain the deal, and the shipping was between $50-$60! I will definitely not be using Snapfish anymore in the future.

Never again

Sadly, I fell for the 60% photobook trap, and I ordered two A3 landscape photobooks. Boy, was I surprised when I opened them today. The image quality is as if they were made in 2010, and the shots were taken with a 2 MP camera. I had used them in the past, and they didn't disappoint. This is the last time I'm using Snapfish.

Never experienced such poor customer service

I first used SnapFish in 2024 and had a great experience with Christmas presents buying. Sadly a completely different experience was had when trying to do the same for Christmas 2025. I ordered 4 calendars all in the same order. For some reason the order was split into two deliveries. One of those deliveries was delayed until after Christmas meaning I then had to find a different present for the person. However the calendar was received. The other delivery that was received on time contained 3 calendars. Two of them were not mine. SnapFish were not running their Live Chat feature that day so I had to wait until after Christmas to get things sorted. I did that on 27th December and was promised a reprint and new delivery to arrive on 3rd January. That delivery never came. I got so far through another Live Chat today and then the person I was chatting to cut me off. Three further attempts to get back in to resolve the issue were unsuccessful. So I’m still without the goods I ordered and seemingly no reliable way to sort the matter out. I may have to resort to starting a dispute procedure with my bank.

Created a setting in their app that “auto-enhances” all of your photos, with no option to opt out (I asked customer service to confirm). You have to MANUALLY turn off auto-enhance for each individual photo. Had photos sent to me auto-enhanced before I realized this was a new feature. The photos were SOOO BAD. Grainy, too bright, and overly saturated. They return to normal, good quality when the feature is turned off. Will not do refunds, despite it being a clear design flaw.

Unfortunately I chose Snapfish over Shutterfly for a 252 piece puzzle because the preview was lighter & brighter like the picture uploaded. It came out extremely dark & the background blurred making it a difficult puzzle to put together. Bought this for my Grandmother as her favorite past time is putting together puzzles. She said she had the hardest time with this one as the pieces were tiny & the background was a hazy dark blob that all looked the same. It came out nothing like the picture. They asked for my review, so I left one to which they responded with an email saying I needed to edit it otherwised it would stay moderated. Seems like they only post the decent reviews I guess but this site tells the truth, 1 star across the board if only we could give them a zero rating. Do NOT use them. They take FOREVER to deliver, charge an obscene amount for shipping, deliver poor quality dark merchandise & lie to their consumers via their reviews on their website. Also their "sales" are a gimmick & you never are truly getting a deal like you think you are. Not worth the time or money.

Very disappointed with Snapfish

Very disappointed with Snapfish. I have used photobook sites many times. This one is difficult to navigate. In particular, I was not able to use some of the features listed for making my own book which made the process very frustrating. I tried to reach out to customer support, but they would not respond.

Worst photo calendar photo quality ever.

I’ve been ordering annual calendars from snap fish for years. The ones I received this year are atrocious. The photos are grainy. The color is grayish, and the cropping is horrible. And I’m a photographer, so they started out well, but they were printed terribly. They want me to take photos of these bad pictures, but my iPhone is correcting for their errors!!! so I can’t portray the horror that I received. If I ever use snap fish again, I will have them sent to another location for printing and pick up because they clearly do not have any quality control or ability to care what their product looks like. Don’t waste your money or your time. Garbage.

I have had a wonderful experience with Snapfish! Three orders and everything came out totally awesome!
I have a table top print etched in metal that is beyond description! Sorry for everyone else's experiences, but in my case, Snapfish did everything top-notch!

Waste of Time. You'll go around and around getting nowhere

Items given to Amazon logistics to deliver twice. Both times failed to find the address. Returned with no real explanation. Items were for Christmas, that's too late. Remember you can't pick who delivers your items and neither can they. It's all automated !! So after years with no problems I won't be using them again.

Great Holiday Cards/Odd Review Solicitation

I ordered holiday cards. The order was processed quickly, arrived sooner than expected, and was high quality. Process of uploading and creating the cards was easy. The only off putting part of the experience came when they asked me to review how they did. I clicked 5 stars and was taken to a landing page that said by continuing I would be deemed to have consented to their terms of use. I clicked on the terms link. Most of it was understandable - I represented my review was based on my own experience and I was not affiliated with SF or paid for my review. BUT it also required me to INDEMNIFY the company! Needless to say I would not do that (and perhaps they should remind their lawyers this is the wrong context for seeking to cover their client with such boilerplate terms). Not cool.

I would give ZERO stars if possible

I would give ZERO stars if possible. What a completely horrible joke these people are. Spent hours choosing the best pics/uploading/edit/albums etc.. ordered many prints to arrive before christmas, paid extra to rush. no delivery- checked order today- status "cancelled" ?? no reason given no way to look up or contact these idiots, just cancelled. HOwever they did manage to CHARGE ME for this cancelled order. no refund at this time.

I should have been leery about ordering…

I should have been leery about ordering from a company that has no phone contact. I needed a last minute gift so I jumped on for a photo book. I was pleased at the order turn around time but now realize I could have done the same thing at Walgreens and picked it up on the same day. They mailed out my Christmas presents with a big promise that they would be delivered on the 23rd. They sent me a tracking number for UPS... but I didn't get it and today's the 26th and UPS tracking stops somewhere in Carrollton TX So you call UPS and you don't even get transferred you have to call three different people to find out that at some point your package was given to USPS where you cannot track it. This is absolute terrible customer support especially when you try to get ahold of them and you get their customer service bot. I haven't seen the pictures yet I am assuming I'm probably not going to. But if their quality is as good as their customer support I'm not expecting anything great.

A complete waste of money

I ordered six books as a Christmas present for my wife. On opening them this morning, two consisted of wholly blank pages and another partly blank pages, whilst those that did have photos, had them badly cropped. Heads were missing or partly so, in spite of there being other parts of the originals that could have been omitted, such as ground in front of feet. I'm both most annoyed and bitterly disappointed. Take your custom elsewhere!
