Bad experience

I placed an order for prints. One print arrived clipped so the whole print is not visible and of no value to me. No wonder they have a one star rating. There is NO way to contact this crowd. Their website is deliberately convoluted and useless. I will never use this service again. I lost £6.99. I should have gone elsewhere to get this printed.

Misleading Delivery Claims – Not Suitable for Urgent Orders

I chose Snapfish to send a personalised birthday card as I had left it too late to post a paper card and they advertise fast delivery, stating dispatch within 24 hours. I created a folding card with multiple photos and found their design tools straightforward.

However, when I got to the payment page there was no option for delivery in less than 4 to 6 days, which would have been too late, and no quicker than if I had posted a paper card. There was no option for modifying the delivery date, so I had to cancel the order (which fortunately they allow you to do within 60 minutes of purchase) and then create a new one. But it turned out that I had not made a mistake as again the fastest option was for 4 to 6 days. I contacted them to check and they confirmed this.

So although their design options and tools are good, and they responded to my enquiry quite promptly via their live chat (with a human, not a bot), their advertised delivery claims are misleading, and the lack of upfront clarity wastes time.

last year I had problems with ordering…

last year I had problems with ordering my snapfish photos and a year on I am having the same old problems. I am trying to upload a lot of photos (500+) onto the snapfish site from my computer. the site does not like a lot of photos uploaded at once as it freezes. So I try and upload 100 photos at a time over multiple albums but instead of saying its "Done" the 100 photos just sit there in limbo.
I brought this to snapfishs attention last year and all they said was sorry etc etc and contact us. So they expect me to do all the running for them.
For crying out load snapfish get your blasted act together, you are losing sales by the droves because of your incompetant website. and please do not reply and ask me to contact you.

Still no sign of my order

Still no sign of my order. I ordered in plenty of time for my mother's birthday which was two days ago. No communication from Snapfish whatsoever. There's probably a good reason reviews have been turned off on their socials. As I haven't received them yet I have no idea what the quality is going to be like, if it's as rubbish at their service I know I'm going to be disappointed. DO NOT USE! I have no idea why I didn't check Trustpilot reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned!

Cela faisait plusieurs années que je stockais des photos, faisais des calendriers et surtout de très nombreux livres photos. Des centaines d'heures de travail. Et Snapfish a tout perdu.

Snapfish failed to contact UPS over…

Snapfish failed to contact UPS over them delivering 130 of my photos to someone else. UPS won't talk to anyone but the shipper and both the CEOs of Snapfish and UPS fail to respond. Snapfish refused to do anything but resend the photos in 6 days after I had paid them almost $20 for expedited shipping and the following issues with them not contacting UPS:
I ordered photos of 132 items in my home for insurance. I used Snapfish to make the photos. They sent 2 photos in one envelope and 130 in a separate envelope due to the size difference. UPS was horrible. This morning I received a notice that they were delivered and were signed for by someone named Mary. I have no idea who she is but she doesn't live here and my neighbors do not have any Marys living there. You cannot reach a live person at UPS as their automated system blocks you. I even tried two different UPS stores and they were rude and said there is nothing they can do and there is nothing anyone can do. So, I wrote to their CEO and some of the executives at UPS and Snapfish with no reply. the issue is that whoever signed for my package now has 130 photos of my things in my house and has my address on the package. Snapfish refused to contact UPS and said they could ship me out another set in 6 days. I told them that the issue is this person signed for my package and it doesn't below to her. And now she knows what is in my house. UPS just ignores the fact that one of their employees delivered my package to someone else. Writing to their CEO does nothing. I told Snapfish I will not buy from them again as I won't buy from anyone that uses UPS shipping any longer. UPS has gotten to the point that they think they can do whatever they want and there is nothing you can do about it. I'll will always check if a company uses UPS going forward and tell them I can't buy anything from them as UPS is not reliable and doesn't seem to care about endusers.

Just paid for a certificate to be…

Just paid for a certificate to be enlarged into an A3 size. It came quickly through Amazon, However the quality is awful. Can’t contact them, there’s no number or email the quality control or their print outs are awful. The image is completely blurry and that’s not how it originally sent the image I wanted enlarged. Really upset with this. Not happy

I ORDERED MY CHRISTMAS CARDS 3 TIMES AND EACH TIME THEY PRINTED MY CARDS WITH SOMEONE ELSE’S LAST NAME.THEY CHARGED MY MASTERCARD AND WOULD NOT REIMBURSE ME FOR THE WRONG XMAS CARDS; I DISPUTED THE CHARGE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THRY SAID THE MERCHANT DOES NOT WANT TO PROVIDE CREDIT

Photo books fell apart

They have some great specials....but..I ordered 5 photo books for my brother in law and one each for his children..all costing over $100 each@ half price. ...only to finda out 8 months later when i visited, the pages are falling out on all of them. But they started falling apart in the early weeks of receiving them. I ordered one more for them when I returned back home to Qld...They haven't and probably wont tell me if that one is falling apart....The were too embarassed to tell me my gift was rubbish
I ordered many photo prints also...the quality was poor. It was like they all had a mild white wash coating..they were not sharp and the colour was "muted" by this ghostly white wash.
the glass photo blocks were all great..love them

Paid for expedited rush shipping

Paid for expedited rush shipping. My order was supposed to be here Thursday April 24th it's now Saturday April 26th and ups shows that they still haven't picked up my order. I've tried contacting snapfish but good luck with that. First and last order I do with them. I rather pay a little extra from a good company that I can actually talk to and takes care of their customers.

I would give zero if I could

I would give zero if I could. I placed an order for a birthday gift (for a milestone birthday). Needed delivery by Saturday and paid extra for fastest delivery. Gift has not arrived and hasn’t even left the warehouse or arrived with the courier when it was meant to have been delivered on Thursday (today is Saturday). Absolutely no explanation or offer to help apart from they can get me another one by next Tuesday. When I asked for a call back and to escalate, the customer services chat mysteriously hung up. Very let down as I’ve been a loyal customer for many years.

Inappropriate postage costs

I have used Snapfish for years and have actually received some good items. However, I went to order 6 keyrings and 6 6×4 photos and they wanted £18 for packaging!!!! £18! Checked with customer service who said that you should take in to consideration the overall costs including the discounts on the gifts. So they are basically trying to recoup the money they are losing on discount codes with postage. Ridiculous

Worst company!

Avoid Snapfish. Not one among my five orders of 2025 has been delivered. And Snapfish (amazingly!) has no customer service whatsoever: you can phone them; you can email them--YOU CAN'T REACH THEM! Their website chat does not work at all. EVER. And yet the "company" endlessly markets its products by email and text. I can say with complete confidence that Snapfish is the WORST, allegedly US-based, COMPANY doing "business" on the web today, an absolute abomination. Please find another way to print your images, because these evil clowns will drive you mad.

Beware - promises not kept

I ordered a book on their website. Their software shows incorrect borders. The book did not turn out right. They promised to give me a merchandise credit for another book. I then ordered a 2nd same book. The did NOT give me a credit or tell me how to obtain one. So I paid twice and they reneged on their promise of a refund. I tried to work with them by proposing to order another type of book, but they said it had to be the same exact type. They are no flexible with their service and do not care about customers based on my experience. They have NO phone number for customer support, and they online chat "service" is abysmal. You have to repeat yourself multiple times for them to understand what you are saying. Maybe it's AI and not a real person.

DANGER Avoid preparing photobooks with this company

I have been making photobooks with this company for several years - dozens of them. Yesterday I spent around 4 hours preparing 20 pages or so. They have all been LOST despite saving and saving repeatedly. My on line chat advisor offered me £10 compensation and asked if there is anything else she could do for me today!!! She said there is no one I can speak to on the phone. Sadly I am going to have to stop working with HPSnapfish as I no longer trust them.

Read this and decide what to do

I wish I'd considered all the poor reviews vs price. My canvas print had washed out colours despite using a quality camera whose images looked great on my computer and other photos from that camera had been printed brilliantly by a more expensive competitor when they looked good on my computer. The canvas is such poor quality that you can see the wooden frame behind the sky parts of their washed out representation of the sky. I tried a £20 print before going for a number of larger ones as my camera has a great sensor and pixel size and so glad I tested them and avoided using them for a large print. I didn't think it was worth complaining for my £20 trial as I won't use again and want to warn other people with decent cameras to try before they buy. I don't think I am too critical but didn't see any evidence of quality control before dispatch. My canvas may get something at a charity shop as a great photo that is poorly produced ( or just paint over the canvas ).

Appalling photo quality

Appalling photo quality. Have been a customer for several years but this order was dreadful. More than 30 bright blue (all over!) photos of a holiday in Norway.
No phone number to call (used to be able to do this) and, after promises on a chatline to have them reprinted, absolutely no response.
Won't be using Snapfish ever again.
