Tamworth store was brilliant with myself and my son. Even exchanged the a snowboard for something more suitable.

All in all must have spent 3 hours with the two visits including boot fitting and setting the board up.

Honestly I could not be happier!

Ordered a new snowboard, got an email a couple days later informing there was a scratch on the board they’d noticed while packing it so offered me 10% off if I wanted to keep the order. Really good communication and appreciated the notice :)

Super nice staff members. Shoutout to Luke from the store in Ellis Brigham in Xscape Castleford. Super helpful. Doesn’t try to sell you loads of stuff, they are honest about products that have worked for the staff personally and are great at identifying what products will work for you personally. Amazing experience. I was there for nearly 2 hours and it felt like 5 minutes!

I ordered a Jones flagship from TSA not too long ago but when it came it realised it had a bulge in the base. A bit annoying but they arranged for a collection and refund, as they said they didn't have any more in stock for an exchange, pretty quick which was pretty decent of them.

After a week or 2 I saw that they had them in stock again, so I decided to order a new one. I just had this delivered to me to reveal that they sent out the same board with the same defect. Not only that but it wasn't even resealed with any of the warranty information you should get for a new board. I find it mad that on your site your selling what you'd think is a brand new board but actually just sending stock you're trying to get rid of.

It's completely unacceptable to be sending out boards that you know have been returned with defects on them. This shows how little you really think of your customers.

This is quite disapointing as I've previously had good experiences with the company.

Emailed to cancel order, no response. Order finally dispatch. Returned same day, with tracking arrived at there shop 10 days ago still waiting on a refund. Not response to email or Webchat

Highly responsive and helpful Customer service! It kind of makes me smile reading wildly varying reviews but I guess thats life these days. You have to look at the big picture to understand this is a great company and their eComm experience is top notch. My experience has been fantastic especially with Customer Service. Special shout out to Jascha for really prompt responses to email and caring follow-up, cant fault TSA!

1st ordered snowboard boots - over 1 week past so I rang twice, finally got through to be told my order was unavailable/out of stock. So I changed my order to a different set of boots, the exact same thing happened - I rang a week later and was told my order is unavailable but AGAIN had zero communication about this.
I was then promised I'd be rang back the next day to sort a third order out with £15 off - had nothing.

I then email complained - they replied days later and offered me 20% off. When I chose something they then didn't reply.

Appalling customer service.

I previously used another well-known retail outlet to buy some boots because I have a membership discount with an associated company. Their Covent Garden branch was busy, and you had to book a boot fitting in advance, which is understandable, but the boot fitting wasn't all that great. It was literally a rushed "Is your toe in there?" boom, and you’re out the door.
Flash forward, and I needed to get some new boots heated for a family member (the TSA stock the brand but not the model hence, purchased from elsewhere). I popped by TSA’s Covent Garden branch and had a chat with the customer service rep, who advised me to pop back down with said family member, and I could also do a boot fitting for myself at the same time.

We revisited a week later and got to speak to another member of staff (who had his arm in a sling – sorry, I forgot his name). We ended up spending an hour and a half in the shop because of the amazing service. Their team make you feel welcome, is attentive and also happens to board at the same practice slope we do so that was great to chat about.

The difference in customer service between the other high street chains and TSA was chalk and cheese. It felt like the TSA team knew what they were talking about, had real-world experience with the equipment and even what I thought were silly questions were answered willingly.

I had a new boot fitting, which was a different experience. So many factors were highlighted, and the rep went through each brand and their specific pros/cons and special brand-specific quirks. A set of boots in my size was delivered shortly before we got there, so I was lucky enough to try them on given stock shortages with it being a new season.

Even though I don’t get a discount from TSA and could have saved money with the other high street chain, I purchased from TSA purely because of the customer service I received. It’s a shame they don’t run the same kind of membership/loyalty scheme, as I would have visited them much sooner.

I left the shop feeling more knowledgeable, happy and with a smiling family member with new moulded boots. We’ll say Hi next time we see them where we board and make TSA our new go-to for boots. If they set up some loyalty/discount scheme, I’d probably buy all our winter sport-related items from them.

Shocking customer service, they don’t answer the phone ever and don’t reply to e mails. Haven’t received my order, had no tracking info and can’t contact anyone, will never use again!!!!

Great looking product. Lola good quality but as yet untested in winter conditions. I usually take a L but sizing information persuaded me to take a M. Fits perfectly. , competitive price, rapid delivery

Ordered online for click and collect. Delivery to store was quick as it had to come from the warehouse. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience.
