Bought a Picture U44 Snow Jacket. Item was in stock and priced better than comparable sites. Received confirmation of order and item received on time and in good condition. The jacket wears great and has good adjustment in the hood, hem and cuffs. Hood is large enough for a helmet. Goggles pocket inside and a lens cloth included. For reference I purchased a large (5' 11", 42" chest, 36" waist) - fits great! Really pleased with the purchase and quick delivery from TSA.

Coat was good although colour a few shades darker than pics. I signed up for their newsletter to get the 10% code but the code did not work, messaged them but no response so ended up have to pay full price so I didn’t miss out on the last coat. Got the coat now and get emails reminding me to use the 10%code but no response to my message and a ide that does not work?!?

Site browsing/payment/offer communication is all good. Only concern is that there was very little notice of delivery times, though not sure if that's TSA remit or more a DPD thing.

Good company and the product I ordered came super quick. Will buy again from this company, only thing is, wish they would do pay by Klarna

Nobody sent me tracking info for my package and when ask what happened, someone told me in the chat to find my package by myself.not a easy task when you are in Germany,do not speak German and Deutsch post had no English menu when you calling.whatever,on the next day, someone take care for my problem and send my order again,but I didn't receive tracking info again, I had to write email to ask happened whit my order ,and then I received my tracking info.
So,in general,I'm not happy at all from your service.

Very happy with the service, fast reliable and just what I needed

I've purchased my last couple of boards from TSA. The mobile version of their website needs some improvement as it's slow to load but that a a minor thing. The boards are always well packaged and competitively priced, free shipping is always a bonus. TSA are one of my goto sites when purchasing anything Snowboard related so I always recommend them to friends or to anyone looking for a reliable, good value company.

Incompetent doesn't even begin to sum up this shower!
29.3 - placed order for Yes! snowboard
1.4 - received email to say board was damaged and to contact them to arrange refund or discount
1.4 - phoned to ask if the payment could be credited to another board. Absolutely, no problem, and I also added bindings to the order. Unfortunately 3D authentication wouldn't let me pay the balance over the phone, so I arranged to pick up the order and pay the balance in store. Very nice gentleman applied a 10% discount on the board- that has been the best part of this entire saga.
8.4 - phoned to see when my order would be ready for collection as I hadn't heard from them. Told my order was on hold pending payment!!!! Tried to pay the balance with 3 different cards across 3 different banks - 3D authentication wouldn't allow payment. Eventually had to cancel the entire order and reorder.
12.4 - phoned to find out where my order was. Told it was on hold pending payment of balance!!!!!! I explained there was 'no balance' to pay. The agent giggled in an embarrassed way and said 'oh, looks like we owe you not the other way round'!! So MY order was held up because THEY owed me money and hadn't processed it. I was told the order would be processed immediately and would be sent out ASAP, followed up by an email confirming.
13.4 - bindings have arrived (delivered by DPD), but no snowboard. Contacted TSA - 'due to the size of the packages they may have been despatched separately, but it will arrive tomorrow'.
14.4 - contacted DPD - 2nd parcel was misdirected to Maidstone. It was scanned out of there at 1pm on 13.4 destined for Middlesborough, and has not been scanned at any depot since. My snowboard is now officially lost in transit and I have to contact TSA as PDP can't deal with me.
Unbelievable!!!

I asked if they would have price matched another shop in the UK to which they reply:
"We look into price matching on a case by case basis and reserve the right to refuse an offer at our discretion."
Usually to request a price match the product has to be the same size, the same colour, in the same country, from the same season etc. basically like for like. So, as this was the case I shared the details of the items in the other shop to which they replied:
"We usually only match when they have significant UK retail stores so unfortunately we cannot match ***, sorry!"
As I was slightly confused I then asked to clarify as the other shop is UK based, offering a better price like for like on the same territory, in the same market. To which they added:
"To price match the other shop needs to have a few physical retail stores around the country."
I was disappointed by the way they look at price matching, of course I bought it from the other shop in the end so nothing really changed to me and I am aware my purchase wouldn't have made a huge difference to them, however I feel there was an opportunity to gain a new customer with an extra sale and in the end they weren't able to make it happen.

Excellent. Straight forward ordering and arrived within 2 days. Very happy with the products too.

No customer service whatsoever. Placed an order and was told delivery within 3-5 working days. After 4 working days items not even dispatched. Contacted them via email, Webchat and phone, with no reply to either. If I do ever get my order, I will never shop here again

I am having an absolutely shocking time trying to return a set of bindings that were coming loose on holiday. The bindings were returned within 30 days of purchase, so no problem I thought - fully entitled to a refund under my statutory rights. Nope, apparently because I did not have video evidence of it happening, there is nothing wrong with the bindings!

Guys - sort it out, I'm a customer of 12 years, and will take this all the way to small claims if not sorted amicably.

Recently had two snowboards waxed and edged from covent garden store, guys in the store were really knowledgeable and inspected boards so they didnt require anymore work than was necessary. Good info from the guys in store and workshop has done a great job with the edges and wax would definitely recommend
