Baught it online, picked up in the shop at Glasshoughton, great service.

Really helpful and fitted the bindings for me and set up for the slopes.

Board is great on the snow and nice to have decent bindings after years of hiring boards with cheap bindings fitted.

Great communication from the seller after a small delay to our order. Very pleased with service and help from staff. Would buy again.

Popped into the store at Tamworth (snowdome) for some advice on boots, I was served by Harry. The whole experience was awesome, very knowledgeable and patient with me! Tried on a load of boots, he was more interested in getting the fit right over just selling boots!

Good service, good product. Had to return because of size, process to do so was easy and refund confirmation recieved straight away

I spoke to someone on the phone at the Covent Garden branch, who was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Likewise I then visited the store and got sound advice from someone else. They were enthusiastic and patient and in no way pushy for a sale at all.

My order, than was supposed to take 3-5 days to arrive, hasn't even been dispatched, and it's been 17 days. I've contacted multiple times, and been told, "it's in our warehouse, it will likely be dispatched tomorrow" and that was 6 days ago. I was told there is a staff shortage. I contacted again and was told the same, there are "staffing issues and it will be dispatched next day delivery tomorrow" and that was 3 days ago. My order is still processing.

The online service is shocking, the only saving grace that the actual store in London is good, as is the service.

I took my Adidas snowboard boots in for repair after one of the laces snapped on most recent ski trip. The guys (Bryn) fixed the problem very quickly and didn’t even charge me. Really excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

non comprate su questo sito mi hanno inviato una tavola da snow della misura sbagliata e secondo me é stato fatto apposta. davanti nel barcode e sulla tavola c'era scritto 159,mentre dietro un barcode (probabilmente attaccato da loro) da 162, ho scritto per un rimborso mi hanno detto che non hanno il prodotto della misura che volevo, quindi ho chesto un rimborso, mi hanno detto che avrebbero mandato un mail per il ritiro ancora nulla. vi prego evitate questi truffatori

All the advice I needed pre purchase was super easy to find on their website.
Everything arrived a couple of days later and exactly as advertised. Perfect!

Ordered over £900 of snowboarding equipment (of which was all in stock according to the web page) with an estimated delivery date of 3-5 days,
Actually took 14 days to be delivered.
I inquired via email as to where my equipment was and why it had not been delivered, and received no response.
I then rang to inquire and was told that the equipment was coming from different stores all over the uk, so would take longer
As a customer that has spent a lot of money on equipment, I think it is completely unreasonable to have to wait 14 days for a delivery of equipment that is in stock, especially when the uk has many options regarding logistics these days.
