To clarify after the response below

Another scam call from 'Reliable Appliance Repairs' last week. In the argument they again stated that 'Sparta Telecom' collect their direct debits.

Perhaps Mr Singh would ask his wife why she is still using his company to collect her direct debits ?

Been using sparta more than 5 years always been helpful the price and cost never been hidden fair and decent service you paid all are avaible at the one doorstep I would highly recommend sparta with no hesitation to any one please try once and you willbe peace of mind 😀

Sparta telecom is great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone very quick to reply if I need technical help is needed.

SCAM company do no use. Signed my vulnerable relative onto a contract, took payment for a year for a product that does not work. 4 promises of engineers coming out to investigate but all never arrived. Sending bills to advise no payment required and charging £1 for the notification to be sent plus VAT. No UK contact and unable to make contact via Linkedin as profiles locked down and faces obscured.

Fast turnaround in resolution to my issue.

Have been with Sparta for 5 years in multiple location with over 13 phone lines and internet.

This Telecom Co is a SCAM company - they prey on older customers - they should be shut down
I have just discovered this scam on my brother-in law's (age 81) Bank Account for a fictious DD of £144.!! - which his bank have today reimbursed, thankfully

Installation was prompt from time of request. Careful explanation given about the service. Customer Service very helpful and readily available to talk to over the phone for all queries and concerns, particularly valuable for someone with little IT experience. Always someone available to talk to instead of having to deal with concern on the Internet.

SCAMMERS WHO TARGET THE ELDERLY.
This company is also Reliable Appliance Repairs who harrass elderly vulnerable people with multiple unsolicited phone calls until they've confused them enough to hand over their bank details. Once they have the bank details Sparta Telecom then takes the money from the elderly persons account.
They have left my 85 year old Aunt confused, worried and frightened after continually harassing her with calls. They persuaded her to hand over her details telling her she had to pay to cancel a contract with them that she didn't even have. They've already taken money 2 times from her account before(in tears ) she told us what has happened. These scumbags are the lowest of the low and won't be getting another penny from my relative.
Reliable Appliance Repairs are also subject to an insolvency hearing by HMRC so seeing as this is the same company they will be liquidating soon and then starting the scam again under a different name.

Update: I've had an email that Sparta are requesting more details of my experience ( ref no etc) or they may not recognize my review as genuine. My review is genuine and Sparta know very well that they are processing direct debits for Reliable Appliance Repairs as it's the same person running both companies. It's also quite clear from my review that I have written this because of what they have done to my elderly relative. I will most definitely not giving you any of her details because she has been harassed enough by cold calls. She doesn't need a refund ( not that you'd give her a refund ) as I've reported this to her bank and they will reverse the direct debits and I'll be checking everything going out of her bank very closely to make sure it doesn't happen again. My purpose of this review is to warn others against this scam.

Scam not worth any stars contact elderly and vulnerable take money and won't refund
