I have been with Sparta Telecom for 6 years and they have always given excellent service,and sorted any problems...I would not change .

They are scammers targeting the elderly. Like others reviewed here, £144 came out of my stepfathers account. Avoid.

Very helpful and supportive for my mother telephone line when the telephone system was dead for last 3 days ago and I did called to the Sparta telecom support team and they have done extremely great job to booking engineers and to fix this problem on and on until it’s got fixed . Very sincerely and it’s with thier own cost too even though facult was found in the our premises. Very much appreciated their work.

Absolute scammers. Do not deal with these. They abuse elderly vulnerable people and stole £144 from my dads account. Avoid at all costs.

For me what matters is value for money, good service and speed of broadband and I’m happy to say I have got all 3 with this company since I switched my broadband 3 months ago. I was with BT where my wifi was slow and had issues in some rooms but this company provided me boosters and now I can say i have full fast broadband no matter which room I’m in my house.

The customer service was top-notch, they resolved my problem right away and now I'm satisfied with the services provided by Sparta Telecom.

Since switching to Sparta Telecom, my internet connection has been reliable and fast now and I can’t imagine using any other supplier.

My ATA192 was not working and sparta telecom has send a engineer for fix it and given free for it as an goodwill gesture seems very co-oprative and ambitious.

i recommend them for everyone its really very good telecom service provider to deal with.

I don't understand why would telecom company handle direct debits for another company that targets elderly. Until today I have never heard of this company but they all trade from the same address. When I called the bank to dispute direct debit, I got the address and the telephone number. £170 has been put back into the account where they took the money from. I will see if trading standards office or Which can investigate these companies . These kind of actions should be made criminal offence.
Update , I have had a request for further information but looking at the Companies house records it seems this company has only one person on books and not big turnover. Seems to have same surname as 1 person who is in charge of Reliable appliances repairs who uses this company for payment process. To me it looks like a scam . So won't give them any further information. I did ring them yesterday and if they just put me through to other company they are handling the DD for.

Called me and informed me they were taking over the telephone service for virgin media , tried to set up a debit from my bank for a one off annual payment.
I checked with virgin media ,they have now knowledge of them.
Just got a debit set up letter through my door ,told them ,I cancelled the attempted debit set up,and have no interest in paying £170 for nothing.

This company has harrassed my elderly mother for a couple of years now. They are exploiting her age and her dementia and taking hundreds of pounds out of her bank account at a time. I have POA so I have fortunately caught these direct debits in time to stop them, but their tactics and behaviour is despicable. I don't know how they sleep at night.

I care for a 95 year old friend who has had a contact for her landline with Sparta for years . When visiting the other day she handed me a letter from them . It said they had taken £492 as an advanced payment . I was shocked and asked her how as this possible , she couldn’t say , as she’s often get confused , but remembered they had called and asked her to pay two years up front and she agreed . She has accepted this as she’s not herself and can’t cope with these things . I find it hard to believe anyone could do this , it’s obviously not beneficial to her especially at her age . I really think the company should look into the practice of there sales staff , especially as there seem to be several cases very similar on this site .

I have been with Sparta for several years, a few ups and downs but generally good service. try to phone monday to friday as I know they use third party call centres on a saturday. some of the call center staff dont take abuse lightly and will cut you off...standard across the world, but resolution can be made if you phone back with a better attitude. Based in Luton...based.

Sparta telecom gives me, No problem service at the right price! Always been reliable, never let me down. keep going Sparta!

Had call from your call center spoke to Peter who was very helpful and professional enquiring how I was getting on with my broadband explained to him that it keeps dropping in and out he said he would send an engineer to me ASAP
