Easy company to deal with. They know how to deal professionally with their clients and very supportive.

This is a SCAM company that preys on the elderly. I am in my 80s and three men in yellow jackets showed up in person at my house purporting to be installing superfast broadband - when there is no such service to my property. I am not sure how they got my bank details but they attempted to take a total of £340 from my bank account, all of which has been refunded and they have been reported for fraud. I can only assume the positive reviews are all fake

My brother was called 4/5 times re new internet - he told them every time he was with BT and happy with them, they insisted "No, you are with us and need to renew" They set up a direct debit (don't know how they got his bank details) which I have cancelled, as I have POA over his finances. The other comments are sadly in line with my review of this company.

I had such an outstanding customer service experience from Sparta Telecom when getting broadband from them. I was rather surprised to see some reviews about people not having a good experience... But the speed of my Wi-Fi is much faster and the staff are so lovely. I highly recommend choosing Sparta because even their prices are very reasonable. Thank you Sparta!

These are the same as Reliable Appliance Repairs in Luton. The prey on elderly people and scam them into expensive contracts they don't want or need. Avoid at all costs. Report them to Action Fraud.

Despicable people who have taken £340 from my 87 year old father. The positive reviews on here must come from employees or themselves. Pathetic excuses of human beings

Sparta Telecom have unlawfully taken £343 in two transactions from my 87 year old Uncles account. They already use Virgin for Telecom and Broadband and have no requirement for another service so the matter is being passed to the Police Fraud Department for investigation. Why do these companies exploit the elderly and vulnerable? I note we are not the first either.

The operator was very helpful and tried his best to trouble shoot the issues with the router. He was thorough and when we did not manage to fix the issue he came up with a solution based on getting a new router

I have been with Sparta for four months and I must say I am rather impressed with the broadband services as well as the customer service experience. Unlike other service providers, I have not been rinsed and my pockets are happy ;). I spoke to William who was very helpful and patient with my queries. I recommend others to give Sparta Telecom a go.

This company has swindled £170 from my elderly mother who has poor short-term memory. They swindled her into setting up a direct debit for that amount. She has no recollection and they would have known this. Thieves and should be closed down

DESPICABLE PEOPLE !!!! Should be shut down, praying on the elderly and vulnerable. Nothing but thief’s bullying the vulnerable. My dad has dementia, they have hounded him to agree to appliance repair he does not need and successfully stolen £177 from his account alleging he agreed, he was so upset and confused by the conversation which included ‘don’t you WANT your washing machine to work’ !!!! I called them and to explain my dad has dementia and couldn’t possibly have agreed to this, they just laughed at me. This has happened twice in 6 months - I will be at the bank tomorrow trying to understand what I can do about this shocking company.

Excellent service

"Sparta Telecom" are a collection of despicable human beings. They target the elderly and the vulnerable. They are a call centre set up to steal money from your bank account. My father has dementia and they constantly call him to set up direct debits. I cancel as soon as they appear in his account. This "company" and all the other names it trades under need seriously investigating by the financial ombudsman, the BBC, Martin Lewis program on ITV and ultimately, the police.
They target the elderly and the vulnerable.. Cancel any direct debit that appears in your bank account or your parents immediately if you do not recognise the company..

They just processed a direct debit for another company (Reliable Appliance Repair) from my elderly vulnerable mother. Selling fake insurance for white goods seems to be the current scam. Both companies owned by directors with the same correspondence address. Please avoid/warn friends family

Taking money from the elderly and vulnerable needs stopping !!! Lucky I keep an eye on my mums accounts or they would keep on taking , leaving her &many others with nothing !! How is this still happening Needs investigation &stopping !!

Took £170 out of my account when I already stopped the bank from taking it from reliance repairs sparta telecom are scammers and I want my money back otherwise they will take it out of.my account every month for a service I didn't want anyway.

This company appear to have some association with a company named Reliable Appliance Repairs who have obtained dummy bank account details that I provided to a scammer a few years ago. Sparta telecom may be quite genuine but they process direct debits for another company who may have questionable motives

I have been with Sparta telecom last many years . They have provided brilliant service so far !!
