the descriptions of the contact lenses never quite matches what my prescription says. the options of lenses to choose from dont appear the same. its difficult to choose two different lenses in one transaction and going back to continue shopping is difficult or non existent. the number of lenses in some packs is not made clear.

Quality of frames eg: no flexi hinge compared to price of frames was not ideal. Broke day 2.
