Great experiences on getting my complicated prescription done with the friendly help from a very professional team at the shop. Highly recommend this store in Albany Westfields.

This was my first eye examination and my first time getting glasses, and I’m so grateful for such a wonderful experience. The whole team was incredibly warm, patient and genuinely caring. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt well looked after. I like using this self order service even though I may not use it often. I like how it stores what I've previously ordered, as I have terrible with my memory of the necessary measurements of the contacts I use.

Hillary is a tremendous asset to Specsavers. She is extremely personable, welcoming, enthusiastic and helpful. She has the ability to listen to my needs, navigating the minefield of options and frames. Offering excellent and thoughtful advice to me in my 50's, at a stage where confidence in making the right choices can sometimes wane.
