The on line help service was great and encouraged me to buy the appropriate part.
Ordering was easy. Delivery on time and fitting followed the instructions.

I ordered a valve from Tap Spares and unfortunately it was the wrong one. I contacted customer service and they were so helpful in getting the correct one out to me it was such a pleasure to deal with an obliging firm.

Very responsive to the mystery of the make of my 20 year old taps which, understandably, needed new valves. My plumber who has been in the business for over 40 years had no idea so I sent a picture of and within an hour they had been identified along with a link to the valves ...perfect...much appreciated!

I’ve always had a really good experience with this company. Their customer service is honestly second to none (thank you Elaine!). Always so helpful and quick to sort things out and that’s a big reason I keep coming back.

Great service! Found the correct part (valve cartridge for Franke kitchen tap), straight away and ordering online was easy. Chose PO tracked delivery and that was a breeze too. Parcel arrived on time as per PO email and was well packaged. Part now fitted all good. Very pleased with Tap Spares and would definitely recommend. Ps part was cheaper than the manufacturer.

I needed cartridges for an unidentified tap. By taking a cartridge out and measuring it, Tap Spares found some which they thought would fit -and they did. Elaine put a lot of effort into identifying the cartridge and saved me buying a new tap.

After looking online for the cartridge I required I found this company. Ordered the cartridge which arrived within a couple of days complete with the correct size Allen key to remove the tap. This will now be my go-to company for any further tap requirements.

I have a 15 year old kitchen mixer tap. I needed 2 replacement valves. It was unclear which model I had because it changed around the time I bought the tap.
Elaine managed to find both valves and the tap is now working perfectly.

Second time used them website easy to use any questions to make sure you ordering right part fast delivery will use again when I’ve got another problem

Although the part I originally received was not the correct one, the customer service from Tap Spares was outstanding. They responded promptly, helped identify the actual manufacturer of my tap, and made the return process remarkably easy. Every message was courteous, patient, and genuinely helpful. It is refreshing to deal with a company with such kindness and integrity. Highly recommended.

We have an older mixer tap originally from Howdens. Took time myself to make sure that the replacement valves looked correct measuring and checking, then sent photos and asked advice and Tapspares confirmed the type required. They arrive in 3 working days and I fitted them in about 5 mins. All good and would recommend for sure.

I found that Tap Spares UK Customer Service is very understanding and professional. I had ordered a tap but unfortunately, I ordered the wrong part, however, Customer Service refunded me immediately upon receipt of the returned item. Elaine in particular was fantastic and replied very promptly to my emails and queries.

My go-to place for taps, always an excellent service! The optional tools & silicone grease were great additions to my order, made an impossible job possible.

Many thanks to the team!

Needed a new cartridge for a mixer tap which was dripping and found Tap Spares while looking online. Matched up the part from the description and images of their stock and the item was delivered within three days of ordering. Will definitely use this company again should the need arise. Found Tap Spares online when trying to source replacement parts for an expensive kitchen mixer tap fitted some 12 years ago. No problem to them - I received the necessary parts within 36 hours. Their advice on fitting the parts was also invaluable.
Definitely, in the ‘I’ll use them again’ file ! !

Good value. Delivered quickly and the kit not only had the necessary seals, but also a new retaining screw and a small amount of silicon grease to put on the 'O' rings.

Excellent service, they correctly identified my tap , the replacement part arrived quickly and fixed the issue
Will definitely use them again

I sent them a photo of my 20 year old taps, they sent me a link and I ordered the new washers and they came in a few days. Brilliant. Cost me £10 when the replacement mixer tap was over £600
