Brilliant customer care, Shining example! We recently had a small component on a T&G woodware pepper mill break after many years of service and long being the admiration of many at our dinner table! We didnt want to replace it if we didnt have to so we reached out to the team at T&G. They came back to us very quickly with some questions to check on to help with identifyiing the right part. Once identified, Katina promptly sent this out to us- and the mill is back up and running!

I'd have been wiling to pay extra for the service support and communications alone! Benchmark customer care on a part and product that may have easily been discarded to viewed as not important by the company. really appreciate the help and i for one will be recommending T&G woodwares products to friends and family!! I have a pepper mill that is about 15 years old that is still working fine but discontinued. The mechanism retaining ring on the bottom had broken and so I contacted them to try and get a replacement. They sent me one FOC to see if it was suitable and it is. Thank you T&G for good service!

T & G were my introduction to crushgrind mechanisms a few years ago. After a recent breakage of my pepper mill, I discovered that the design had changed and I was not able to use my original decorative top on the replacement.
However, T & G customer service were able to provide me with the original mechanism so I was able to use my original top.
There is some sentimental value associated with the original mill so thanks to T & G for their wonderful service.

What a fantastic company! I bought a one of their pepper mills many years ago, a small broke on it through normal wear and tear. When I contacted them to find out about replacement parts, they very kindly sent one in the post FOC. There aren’t many business around these offering such great customer support. The mill is also brilliant, has lasted ages and still looks good.

Fantastically helpful assistance from T&G staff - couldn’t ask for more. They’ve gone out of their way to remedy any small problems and willingly supply spare parts in case anything needs replacing. Consistently polite, friendly and very impressive in this day and age . 10/10

Completely brilliant company. We have had a salt and pepper set of theirs for a couple of decades and twice during that period they have replaced minor bits of them which have worn through sheer use. Sending them free of charge they have resurrected our set - SO appreciated! Fabulous customer service 🙏

We had or stainless steele Appollo Salt Mill over 10 years ago and it was still going strong after all this time apart from it needed a new grinder which is inevitable agter all these years. I contacted the head office to purchase one and they are sending me one free of charge. I'll never buy another brand! Excellent product, exellent customer service (thanks Cindy). 😊

It’s so nice to receive such good customer service. I needed a replacement bracket for the bottom of a large pepper mill and contacted T&G. Katina responded very quickly and soon had the part sent, free of charge. It now works perfectly again. Thank you very much.

The plastic bracket on the bottom of the pepper mill was broken. Bought the piece 5 yrs ago, customer service was super helpful and immediately popped the spare part in the post which was a perfect fit. Thank you ! Amrita

Excellent customer service. I have an old wooden pepper mill and the plastic bracket holding the mill in place had broken. I contacted T&G Woodware to see if they could supply me with a replacement and my email was answered very quickly and a part sent out straight away. A very happy customer.

The salt and pepper mills were pulled apart to clean them. And then we couldn't put them together again. We sent them back to T&G who repaired them and sent them back in full working order no charge. Brilliant customer service.

The customer service has been exceptional and I would highly recommend their salt and pepper mills. I needed advice as the grinder needed replaced and the mill was quite old but functional due to high quality. I now can use it again which is great. Thanks again

We had a pepper mill that we loved and a small part broke. I contacted T&G Woodward. Katina informed that the previous company had manufactured the mill and had gone into liquidation. That said she said if I sent her a picture she would see had they a replacement part. She found one and sent it to us. Worked perfectly. She went above and beyond to help.
