Our salt grinder from our S&P grinder set stopped working so I contactd T&G and following an email with a couple of photos they sent me a replacement grinder burr (FOC) as the old one had simply worn out after 20 years! Great to deal with a company who stand by their warranty and deliver quality products.

I dealt with the lovely Katina from the customer service team who promptly arranged for a replacement part for my pepper mill. She is a credit to the company.

I had a T&G large pepper mill for many years bought in Ireland. One day it dropped and the internal mechanism can loose as the plastic grip had broken. I googled T&G website and rang them and they replaced the part free of charge by recorded mail. So it is as good as new. They acted with great haste and were most pleasant and obliging.

I placed an order on line for three store pots. I received an email to confirm that part of my order was unfortunately out of stock. I replied confirming that I would wait for new stock. I was given the details of stockists that could help me. For me that wasn’t successful. I then received an email from T&G informing me where it was stocked. I secured my purchase. I have never known such service from any other company , truly fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me.

We have been using our crush grind salt and pepper mills for many years - they are the BEST! Unfortunately, I broke the lid of the pepper mill recently. T&G very kindly identified the correct replacement and sent it to me promptly and free of charge. What fantastic customer service.

Inspite of a few issues when ordering via PayPal, Katina soon sorted my problem out. She was a delight to speak to. The Apollo pepper and salt mills arrived the next day which was wonderful! I have been waiting a while for the pepper mill and was very pleased when it was restocked. The recipient, my daughter was so happy to receive them as an Easter gift. The mills have a lovely elegant shape and a nice weight too. I have purchased many different mills for her over the years but these are the best of the best. She cannot wait to use them. I am more than happy with this purchase!!

Brilliant customer services. I have a tall wooden pepper grinder which must be 20 years old, a part broke and contacted their customer services. They shipped out a new part gratis which was a perfect fit. The grinder is back up and running and no doubt will work for another 20 year. Thank you

We have used T&G-Woodware Salt & Pepper grinders for years. We like that they have ceramic grinders & that they do not make a mess on the table after grinding. To my surprise I broke the frame under the grinding mechanism (maybe my rock salt was too rocky?). An e-mail to tg-woodware.com brought a swift reply & the parts I needed to fix it. Job done, back in grinding business. 😊 Rory

We had a damaged salt mill - the grinder no longer worked; it could no longer grind salt. It appeared that the ceramic mechanism is no longer working.
We have had the T&G salt & pepper mills for approximately 15 years and think they are probably the best we have had.
So it is very gratifying that T&G were able to provide us with a new mechanism which does the job perfectly.

Had a damaged part in the salt cellar which I replaced and is now functioning as new. Always better to repair rather than replace. The salt & pepper mills are the best we have ever owned. Normally most pepper mills do not work very well after a few months but T&G are excellent and working as new 10 years after purchase.

After 10 years my pepper mill needed a new part which was replaced FOC immediately with no fuss at all!
