I’ve had the salt/pepper mills for over 20 years and was surprised they still had spare parts and that you sent them out free of charge since this was the first time I’ve needed spare part

Excellent customer service. I have an old wooden pepper mill and the plastic bracket holding the mill in place had broken. I contacted T&G Woodware to see if they could supply me with a replacement and my email was answered very quickly and a part sent out straight away. A very happy customer.

The salt and pepper mills were pulled apart to clean them. And then we couldn't put them together again. We sent them back to T&G who repaired them and sent them back in full working order no charge. Brilliant customer service.

We had a pepper mill that we loved and a small part broke. I contacted T&G Woodward. Katina informed that the previous company had manufactured the mill and had gone into liquidation. That said she said if I sent her a picture she would see had they a replacement part. She found one and sent it to us. Worked perfectly. She went above and beyond to help.

I have a salt mill that I bought so long ago that I can't remember when or where I bought it. Part of the mechanism broke, so when I noticed the T&G name on it, I got in touch on the off chance that they might have a spare. I didn't hold out much hope, so I was very pleasantly surprised when the T&G staff courteously and quickly went to every effort to help me find one. They sent me a selection of parts to try (free of charge) and sure enough, there was one that fitted. I returned the unwanted ones, meaning that I managed to repair my salt mill for the cost of sending a small 2nd class package. I am so pleased! Top customer service from T&G.

Telephoned the company for repair to apollo mill.
advised by pleasant lady, that they had taken over the company and were not able to carry out repairs, but held spare parts. Sourced the information I needed and emailed links to me. Ordered the parts required.
The compny also emmailed me with fitting videeo links. All great help. I will order further items from them in the future

I had exactly the same lovely experience as other reviewers commenting on excellent service. My wooden pepper grinder needed a new retaining base. This was a present from my wife from over 10 years ago. It always worked perfectly until about a week ago. I contacted the company for the part, with no high hopes at all. They were great. In less than a week they had located the part, posted it to me, and I was able to fix the problem. No charge, just genuinely willing. Five stars for service. Thank you!

First class customer service
Ordered a chopping board as a birthday gift, which was sent out promptly. Slight fault on the board reported by email. The replacement board sent out by return was perfect. Customer service and delivery faultless. Cindy couldn’t have been more helpful and would certainly buy from this company again.

A requested help with a salt and pepper mill due to problems with reassembly them after cleaning. My sister tried to help but was unable to sort it out. My sister telephoned T&G woodware on several occasions and was given lots of helpful advice, from Katina. I still had problems with the pepper and salt mill then T&G Woodware said that were able to look at it and it was returned promptly. The pepper and salt mill are now working fine.

In need of a replacement retaining ring for an ancient but otherwise fully functional pepper mill, so via a quick phone call and exchange of emails with T&G I am very pleased that a spare could still be found in your stock....which was despatched and received just a couple of days later, FOC too. Excellent service, thank you indeed for your efforts.

My T&G salt grinder, after a number of years, started producing what can only be described as "icing" salt - a fine powder that nobody wants. Having taken it apart to clean I noticed that the spring that keeps the central grinder away from the body was broken causing the issue.
I contacted T&G and received a very prompt from Katina who sent a comprehensive email with useful links to videos and to the page to purchase new mechanisms. She also sent out a replacement spring and grindstone free of charge. I have managed to restore my salt grinder to how it was when new. Brilliant service, thank you Katina!

I just sent a photograph of the pepper mill and grinding mechanism and Katina of customer services identified the correct insert even though that model is now obsolete they had some spares. I used the link emailed to me to order the part which promptly arrived and fitted perfectly. Thanks again for a great service from Katina of T&G Woodware customer service department.

Customer Service was brilliant.
Had a broken piece on my peppermill. Although that type is no longer sold, they were able to identify and send me a replacement part in double quick time.
My pepper mill now works again!

Spare parts for my t &g tea coffee and sugar pride of place canisters were replaced free of charge. Excellent customer service

Katina couldn't have been more helpful in sourcing and sending a replacement part for our pepper mill. She didn't need to this as it was not under warranty and there was no fault, it had simply just been well used for many years. I really appreciated being able to repair instead of replace and without the help of T&G Woodware this would not have been possible. Thank you again.

Our salt grinder from our S&P grinder set stopped working so I contactd T&G and following an email with a couple of photos they sent me a replacement grinder burr (FOC) as the old one had simply worn out after 20 years! Great to deal with a company who stand by their warranty and deliver quality products.
