The company did not complete the order, they could not supply all of the items in the order despite advertising them as in stock. In fairness they dive give us a refund for the parts they could not supply, and we then went to an alternative supplier who sent them without difficulty. My mistake, should have gone to them in the first place.

Very highly recommended as the original fitter for our towbar unfortunately was involved in a fatal road accident they were very professional and still got someone out to fit their towbar kit , me and Tracy would like to send our condolences to the family and friends of their lost colleague

First off there's no instructions so for anyone who's never used an awning before they could spend a lot of time trying to figure it out, secondly the first peg retainer came away from the awning as it wasn't sewn on properly and for the price I would have thought it would have a built-in ground sheet
