Of a bitter taste!

Very quick delivery, price was very competitive and the packaging was excellent.

Always good prices and service from towsure. TBH I always pick standard delivery as it always a lot quicker than they say.

Delivered really quickly

Purchased a 51l waterhog barrel which on opening was filthy inside like it had been used with rain water. I made the effort of cleaning it out then filled with water. Turned out the water was leaking through the caps so waste of time cleaning it. Took it back and got a refund which was easy enough process. Lost faith in Towsure and Quality of the products they sell though.

Mirrors arrived very quickly.
One was broken but replaced the following day.
They work pretty well though I wouldn't describe them as "rock steady", but they're not likely to be as they are not affixed to a rigid surface.

Delivery of the item was excellent.
Unfortunately it doesn’t fit. The pins do not line up with the 13pin socket on my car.

Took ages to get a date when fitter turned up I was informed the back bar needed replacement, fair enough but had to wait a fortnight for them to return after

What a great service tow sure are from meeting the staff at Birmingham and the boss telling me we can get a tow bar for the car was a huge weight off my shoulders then Karen and Jess helped me with purchasing system to Darren and Lee who installed the tow bar I would recommend tow sure to anyone now I can go on my caravan holidays

Parts delivered very quickly, couple of items ordered incorrectly were refunded with no hassle.

Good choice of awnings but a delay in refund after I bought in error wrong size never opened but still took 3weeks after multiple phone conversations in the end I got the bank to chased them ,refund within 24 hrs
