Secure way to transact payments with clients. Love the simple UI! My clients find it easy to use the platform too

It was great to be able to sell online with some added protection from Trustap and not worry about being scammed out of my money. However, it was slightly confusing to add tracking information to the app. This is the only reason I didn't give 5-star review.

Unable to delete an account. So an application that is used to verify personal details does not have basic functionality

Trustap is a much need platform for the marketplace. Easy for both buyers and sellers

Trustap helps buyers get more security by ensuring that there is transparency between those involved in the transaction. Sellers who are confident in the products they sell would not mind being in a platform wherein they would get paid when the buyer has successfully received the product. Good way to avoid scams in this age of online buying.

I missed the time slot for confirming shipping. The Team entered shipping details, checked with the buyer that they were happy and then released money

I struggled to get my account correctly set up, which resulted in delayed receipt of a payment due to me. The team responded very promptly to my enquiries. The problem was detected and resolved within 12 hours.

Needed help to cancel an ad no matter how many times I clicked nothing happened never had problems before problem solved

As a first time user and a bit of help from the seller it all went very easy and seems like a good safe system and l will have no problem using it again 10/10

So supposedly a day ago the seller dropped item off at post office but now hes paid and tracking says nothing about the post office recieving and theres no way to contact. Crap ass service

Purchased a Television online from a stranger. I don't usually like buying items second-hand online from strangers for security reasons but trustap provided the perfect payment platform to fulfill the transaction.

I sold an item on Facebook Marketplace to someone I had never met. I had to post the item to the buyer as they lived too far away from me. I was very nervous at first but the process was so easy with Trustap and made me feel so much more secure. I had an issue with my delivery not showing as being delivered and the customer services team were so helpful and sorted it out immediately. I would definitely use them again!
