What can I say about this company? Especially the costumer service! Absolutely amazing never have I experienced such personal care. I am refurbishing a whole house and have had issues with each furniture item, except Tulip! Patrick was such a kind helpful gentleman, these guys were too fast!! I literally received my console within hours yes hours of placing my order! I was expecting it in a few weeks! Totally recommend this company.

I ordered three items. The first never arrived and the date kept changing so I got a refund, which they did quickly. second item came missing half of it, so once again I got a swift refund.

Stupidly, I ordered a sofa for £4609.00 which I placed April 14th with a 6-8wk lead time. Today 16th May, they called to say that the company no longer make it so they cannot honour my order. How can you possibly have something on order for over a month when they no longer make it - no of this makes sense and instead they tried to sell me a more expensive sofa.

I now have no sofa, and also missed out on the Easter sales where I could have order from a company that can actually deliver.

It is incredibly frustrating as I tried to give Tulip the benefit of the doubt, but they are not honest or competent.

Had a superb experience with tulip interiors . The gentleman who helped me make the online order was really helpful . Went out of the way to advise me how I can get a discount . And he really did know his items . He even told me how to correctly pronounce eichholtz 😂😂
Then the delivery also arrived in two weeks . Absolutely delighted with my new sofa and full marks for an smooth delivery . Even though it was raining the boys really did a good job .Five stars ⭐️ Please .

Simply the Best! Excellent service, extremely competitive pricing, great patience as we struggled to decide on exactly what finishes we required for the various items we were purchasing and a totally hassle free delivery and installation. Eicholtz chairs and stools were available within a very short period and the Cantori table and sideboard were ordered from Italy with all import documentation and fees dealt with by Patrick. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

This company has an excellent range of products with some really attractive and unusual designs. Due to current supply chain problems (affecting everyone) there was a de;ay in delivery but they kept me informed and the procuct arrived precisely on the revised date.
It was very easy to contact the company and talk to a helpful person rather than a computer!

Looks like it is good product. Awaiting delivery will review again after that.
