I ordered our radiator cover on the 27/11/22 was advised around 8 weeks lead time which you would expect with a bespoke item.
Our cover was due to arrive on the 12/01/23 however due to the courier breaking down it was rearranged for the 19/01/23 - again these things happen.
Our rad cover was then delivered on the 19/01/23 however it was damaged so we sent it back with the courier who advised he had a slot to bring it back down the following week and contacted Liam.
We were then advised of a new date of the 25/01/23. This date came and went with no delivery. Again, I contacted Liam who advised that the driver was unable to put our rad cover on due to the weight and he would get back to me. I then contacted him via email & instagram a further 2 times and had no response until an email was sent with a new delivery slot of today 8/2/23.
Unfortunately again the cover has not turned up. So I have no requested a refund.
Whilst I appreciate they are a small business, the customer service is appalling and the cost of the products are not cheap so you would expect a better service. I am not one to leave bad reviews but feel that others should be aware before purchasing from them.

Easy to order. Got a delivery date and short delivery window. It arrived exactly on time, is perfect and finished my dining room off beautifully

Received radiator cover, no problems with ordering, was advised of delivery etc.
The cover itself is fabulous very slight damage ( needs a slight touch up as paint chipped off) despite being very well protected for postage.

Avoid, After spending 2,000.00 I ordered a cabinet, as on my first order an item was made with the incorrect doors, there error I kept it and decided to have another one made, first delivery date came and went, after 18 emails I got a response they didn’t understand I wanted another one, so I ordered again…. I got so far as to have a delivery date. Then all went silent no response on email Etsy, phone …… on the delivery date, finally an email Liam will not be able to full fill the order, I had a credit where a radiator case was made to large, after me stating the max size it could be. I buy a lot on line this is the worst I have come across

So disappointed not to have received the radiator cover I ordered in November - I'm sure the product would have been great but sadly I have never got to receive it, and have found communication with the company frustrating.

Great radiator cover. Very pleased with my purchase. Only gave 4 stars as it was not delivered when due in the evening. It was delivered early the following morning. No-one rang my doorbell and I found it left outside. Apparently the driver ran over their hours to deliver when due but some communication to that effect would have been helpful as we had waited in for it

My partner and I placed an order in October, was eventually given a delivery date of 19th/20th December, after arranging our work schedules around our busiest week of the year to be at home to receive our order it didn't turn up with no communication from them. After sending repeated emails enquiring about the whereabouts of our order we were eventually told there was a problem with the courier's van and they would arrange a new delivery date. We were given a new delivery date of Tuesday 17th January ( today) on Thursday only for my partner to receive a pending refund notification from the bank only a couple of hours later. We then both emailed again to find out what was going on and have received no response, the phone number advertised on their Facebook page just rings out then cuts off and the WhatsApp link doesn't work. We also asked someone to get in touch on one of their public Facebook posts which was also ignored. We received our refund yesterday without any explanation from them whatsoever as to why our radiator cover was not delivered A complete waste of time and the worst communication from a company I've ever experienced.

After some delays with delivery, I have received my regency radiator covers- They are well made & I am super pleased with the quality of the product.

We had 2 radiator covers made and sprayed to the colour of choice. They are brilliantly made and look great. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from here again.

A very well made radiator cover - I was looking a large size and was consequently worried it would be ok in transit. I needn’t have worried, it arrived well packaged and the cover itself was very sturdy. I requested for the cover to be sprayed in a colour, which was completed to a high standard. Thanks.

Very pleased with the radiator cover with oak shelf. Happy with the design & fitting, delivered within the estimated timeframe. We’ve put light stain on the shelf which makes it blend in with our other furniture.
