Very reliable. First time buying from Uniquedesignsbyliam so i was not sure what to expect. Very happy with the outcome. Made to my exact measurements.

We bought a radiator cover to use as a hall console table. It's exactly what we needed and no problem with the bespoke sizing or communication (although I see from other reviews that's not always the case).

Absolutely love my radiator cover, bought it on the 24th February 2023 and delivered as promised on the 13th March 2023. Covers the Wi-Fi boxes perfectly and is nice and slim for my small hallway. Didn’t need much communication with the seller apart from at the start and got an answer the same day. It’s perfect, great transaction and made to order as I couldn’t find one that was none standard size.

I never informed from this company about my order.

Reported police for fraud. I can’t reach any phone number and email.

We purchased a radiator cover in July 2022 paid for the cover
It still has not been delivered we send emails we sometimes get a reply from someone called Caron then nothing no follow up absolutely appalling customer service
We received an email saying the rad cover had been shipped out to us in December still nothing then an email asking for our postcode which we replied to then still no rad cover
I’m now looking to take legal action against this company as there are no contact telephone numbers and they do not seem to know how to communicate efficiently
Avoid this Company they take your monies but do not deliver

My item was delivered on time. It arrived intact with no damages. They took great details on the measurements I provided because it fitted properly.

Ordered a radiator cover on 5th Feb and had delivery today. The order was on time and the driver was friendly and asked if I'd like it put into the dining area.

I would order from unique designs by liam again. The quality of the cover is absolutely amazing very well made.

This company is a scam.

Ordered a radiator cover with bookshelf on 20th Jan.

Email received on 17th February stated delivery was for 9th - 10th March but no delivery was made.
Communication with them is impossible, near to none-existent. Multiple attempts over all communication platforms have been made with no reply from the "business".

TERRIBLY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT, having spent £2k on rad covers - they have taken no responsibility that all via one are incorrect nor have they offered a refund, limited communication! Im now having to pay for someone else to make them

Excellent quality Radiator covers. I ordered one to start with as I wasn’t sure how they would be, however I have gone on to order a further 2 more as I love them. They look stylish can and can change the look of a room. They are very well made,
Delivery was on time within the time slot and very well packaged.

Blatant mid-advertising
Web site and all other advertising gives a price for specific radiator covers with no mention of variations to this price…however as soon as any dimensions are added the price increases considerably!!

Very frustrated, having ordered a radiator cover on the 10th Jan I was very dissapointed to see delivery was attempted and failed on 24th Jan. After several emails backwards and forwards with Caron, delivery was rescheduled for 23rd. I was told I would receive a time slot a couple of days before, this didn't happen. After a couple of emails, still no response. I can't understand why a company would knowingly take receipt of payment with what would appear to be no intention of making good on the order. I work in retail and this is without question the worst transaction I have ever been party to, the customer service is deplorable. I wouldn't recommend this business and I certainly won't be using again.

Update - following my order being cancelled by Liam himself as he was not happy about receiving a negative review. I received an email from Liam and then Caron cancelling my order and stating a refund would be processed. Here is my reply to Caron... future purchsers beware.

I hope you are well, needless to say I am very dissapointed, as not only have I taken a day off work without pay during a credit crunch but I now also wont receive the raditor cover I have been waiting for since ordered on 10th Jan.
Firstly, delivery was attempted on the 24th of Jan as it states on my order link.
Secondly, no where on the original order confirmation e mail does it state I need to check on my order link to receive up to date delivery information. It says you will notify me when it has been sent, please note no detail of the method of communication.
Thirdly, I was told re delivery would be the 23rd of February (today) and I would be notified of a time slot a couple of days before. I emailed you about this yesterday as this didnt happen, to which you replied today. Clearly the courier was never planning on delivering it today.
I have quite a senior role for a large retail business, can I recommend you work on your communication as a business, detail is key. Review the courier you use, looking at historical reviews there is clearly an issue with the method you use. I would also consider your vision as a business, the customer should be at the centre of what you do. As for not being a retail business, you sell goods in return for money, therefore by definition you are a retail business.
Why you can't understand that a review has been left when as a customer I have been let down is beyond me. Cancelling an order because of a negative review is poor mediation and not befitting of a business that distributes nationally.

I honestly did not think I would be able to get a bespoke radiator cover to fit in between the panelling but Liam made it happen! Absolutely love it! Thank you for the quick responses and help prior to ordering and for the quick delivery! Amazing service and love my order.

I measured & ordered my bespoke piece of furniture with the help & guidance of Liam on the 2nd December and as expected was delivered Sat 11th feb.. when my bespoke piece was delivered when I unwrapped it, it felt like Christmas all over! What a beautiful stunning master piece handmade to perfection, Liam is very busy as expected and can get abit delayed with messages - I would advise you email his team - Caron is always happy to help and is much easier to request any queries and can give you an accurate delivery time.
Liam is great and will always get back to you when he can, I cannot thank you enough and you team .. I cannot wait to make many more orders in the near by future ☺️
