Lovely radiator cover. Easy to order and get exact sizing which is very beneficial. Had to wait a few weeks but worth it. Very well packaged to avoid damage, the bottom plinth which needed to be unscrewed after delivery did split a bit of the wood but it’s not noticeable from the front. I suppose this avoids more damage in transit.
Would highly recommend. Tempted to get some more around the house and make it a nice feature.

Really lovely radiator cover. Arrived within timescale & well wrapped. Used it to cover a underfloor heating control which meant slightly tweaking the measurements. Liam was happy to do this & fits beautifully.

Excellent hand built radiator cover. Very stylish and measurements were perfect as per the ones I had given. Delivery driver brought in and up the stairs as well. All good. Highly recommend.

I purchase a radiator cover however forgot to add 5 cm to the depths. I contacted them and was told this would be updated. 7 weeks later I receive my radiator cover which DOESN'T FIT as measurements weren't updated. Now I have a useless radiator cover. Contacted the company on multiple times but no reply. Waste of time and bad customer service.

Placed an order last November. The order took nearly 5 months to arrive. The order was a completely different design and colour from what was ordered. When I contacted the business, Liam Smith the owner claimed I received what I ordered. I then submitted a copy of my order confirmation that stated exactly what I ordered but he still denied it. Eventually after a few email exchanges he promised to arrange a pick up for the wrong item and issue a refund. 2 months on, he stopped communicating altogether and no refund. I’m now £316 down. Despicable business, poorest customer service ever, give it a wide berth.

I wanted to utilise the wall space above my living room radiator by having bookshelves fitted. I wanted it to look like some kind of bookcase rather than just shelves. I do not do DIY at all. The joiner I found advised I'd need a cabinet maker for what I wanted. But I found this item online. Gave several easy measurements when I ordered. I received updates about my order each step of the way and was given a timed delivery. Liam, was very easy to contact and responded immediately to a couple of queries that I had. The item looks lovely and of good quality and workmanship. I'm very happy. I may buy again for another room.

Terrible communication and no other contact, Im waiting for a refund for a radiator they said had been delivered, 12 weeks later still nothing, then told I will get a refund Im still waiting. They don't reply to your emails now, so I've contacted PayPal pal to try and get my money back

Well made and stylish radiator cover - very pleased with it.

I had the radiator cover delivered. However, was damaged. I messaged them asking for it to be repaired or send paint and compensation for inconvenience. They agreed to organise courier to collect. I keep emailing for the last month. But now do not get any response. The radiator cover is lovley. But is damaged and very expensive. Such a shame, I'm All for small business, but shocking customer service . I'll still keep trying

I ordered 3 covers on 2nd April, and got a message that my covers will be delivered on 11th may, but never arrived.
I tried to contact than by Etsy, website, Instagram and the answer was that I received twice is “ sorry your order has not arrived, i will look into this and come back to you. Thanks Caron”
Already passed 7 days!!!!
No update, so sad, looks a amazing product, but it’s a terrible customer service, this is really not good to the company. I still wait a update!!!!

Problems / delays happens but the customer needs to be updated to this issue!!!

Liam was excellent from start to finish and my radiator covers are gorgeous. Liam was quick to respond to emails and was always very helpful with advice. My radiator covers were delivered on time and well wrapped to protect them. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using again.
