Update two: Liam Smith has been in contact to tell me he has no record of my order only to change his mine and decide he sent it. Nothing has been received and despite having all the emails showing my order, he refuses to make it right. Either this is a scam or Liam runs his business in a rather appalling way. This is a scam. I ordered over a year ago and no delivery or refund. Update: the company (now called au-unique.co.uk) contacted me to tell me they will not refund me because of my trust pilot reviews. They are denying existence of my order despite previous emails. Avoid if you don’t like being robbed.

Ok it took time to be made but it was well worth it excellent quality strong and firm it won’t fall over like the cheap ones you can put things on top without worrying when they will fall off. Beautifully made packed an painted great very happy customer

We've bought a radiator cover from Liam a couple of years ago from Etsy, and we really loved it, so we spoke to him about this custom made cover and he was happy to make it for us. It looks great, and exactly what we wanted.

Bit expensive? Yes, but it definitely worth the money. Looks absolutely amazing in our hallway. And with Liam's advice regarding the sizing - fits like a glove. Absolutely love it and will be getting one for our bedroom for sure.

The item arrived on time, and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of workmanship. It’s such a lovely, unique piece which really finishes off the space. It’s very robust as well, the fixtures and fitting have an exacting quality to them that you would never get if buying a generic product off the shelf. Overall, you get amazing quality, excellent communication and a customised piece of furniture which is perfectly measured (fits like a glove!). I cannot recommend enough, we are so happy with our custom made rad cover!

Ordered mirrored radiator. Was sent a date it was due to be delivered. 3 times they changed the date on the third time I was given an in-between times. When it wasn't delivered I emailed Liam Smith. No reply left it a week emailed again was told by Caron it will be looked into. The was weeks ago. Sent another email mail "can I have an update please" no reply again. I paid through PayPal they are going to refund me.
