I’d highly recommend Calum at United Carpets. He was extremely helpful, friendly and patient while I was choosing my new carpet. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave me really helpful advice without making me feel pressured into making a decision.

Nothing was too much trouble, and his knowledge and attention to detail really stood out. He made the whole process so much easier and more enjoyable.

The wood laminate fitter arrived on time. He was very pleasant and professional and made a great job of fitting the laminate flooring. He trimmed the doors and made no mess at all. Great job!
Following day the carpet fitters also arrived on time, again trimmed the doors and the carpets looked excellent. Completely satisfied with the service and price from Eddie and his team.
One final thing, all the work was carried out in one of the hottest heatwaves ever yet no problems at all. Thankyou guys 🙏

Toilet vinyl fitted completely out of square. Plank effect 1" from wall at the rear and 5" at the front, shocking . Took photos and sent to shop. Was given fitters number for ME to contact him!. Fitter said buy some more vinyl and he'll come over from Birmingham and fit it !. . No resolution from the shop really didn't feel I was left with any option as it looks so bad . Went in to shop and paid for another lot of vinyl and fitting. ( so now paid double just to get the job hopefully done right) Only reason for any stars is the exceptional job the fitter did on my lounge laminate. 24/8/26 UPDATE was being fitted tomorrow but they cancelled due to the flooring being faulty. Waiting for new stock. Feel disappointed that a superb job with the laminate was overshadowed by slap dash rushed job and lack of accountability. 25.8.26 fitter came and fitted new vinyl straight and square. Thank you.

Delivery was on time.
Men were very helpful and had the beds up and sorted in no time. Would recommend this firm.

What stood out most was the pride they clearly take in their work. Nothing felt rushed, and every room was left tidy and ready to enjoy. It’s rare to find a company that delivers great products, great workmanship, and great customer care all at once, but United Carpets absolutely did.
I’m truly grateful for the transformation they’ve made to my home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Was very easy from start to finish reasonable priced services excellent and the fitters that come was amazing

Great service both professional and friendly from the Northfield United Carpets. We had all our laminate floors and carpets in our 3 bedroom house changed. From initial quote Seb steered us right on best options being both super professional and friendly, cams out on the same day to measure things up and the combined cost was very reasonable and lower than expected. It took a couple of weeks for the materials to come and on the weekend after we had them fitted. Neal was incredible he did the laminate for our hallway, dining room and living room almost all in one day and by the end of the second day he had finished the laminate and did the carpet on the stairs, landing and three bedrooms. The work was immaculate and well done. Neal himself is both professional and super friendly as was his wife Sarah he helped out with the beading and did a great job. If we ever have any future flooring needs this is the first place we would go and we would ask for Neal specifically for the amazing job he did.

I had an amazing experience recently with this Company. After a previously terrible and stressful experience with a different company, I was recommend these guys by a friend and was met with the very helpful Harry. DO NOT go to TAPI chesterfield, make sure you go to united carpets and beds. They are cheaper and amazing customer service.

Great service as ever . Got my total flat refloored for £985 and £260 to install .. left them a set of keys on Sunday and the fitter had completed the job and returned the keys by Thursday . Great service and great price. People in the shop were professional and friendly

Very helpful inthe store sales team not in your face or pushy .querys all dealt with no fuss.carpet fitters the 2 lads were excellent even dealt with a problem really well. Carpet we chose is lovely and soft to walk on .cant say anything but excellent. As for price your choice you pay for what quality you wan👍👍👍

Wanted a new carpet and bed so went to the local store at Alfreton, Derbyshire. First class service throughout and very fair prices quoted for our selected products On the day of delivery both carpet and bed arrived at the time given the day before and repeated that morning. Very pleased and would not hesitate to use again when needed.
