Very helpful inthe store sales team not in your face or pushy .querys all dealt with no fuss.carpet fitters the 2 lads were excellent even dealt with a problem really well. Carpet we chose is lovely and soft to walk on .cant say anything but excellent. As for price your choice you pay for what quality you wan👍👍👍

I was helped by Harry he was very helpful, didn’t makr anything too much work and helped me stay within my budget. Will definitely use this company again. He was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed.

Wanted a new carpet and bed so went to the local store at Alfreton, Derbyshire. First class service throughout and very fair prices quoted for our selected products On the day of delivery both carpet and bed arrived at the time given the day before and repeated that morning. Very pleased and would not hesitate to use again when needed.

Fantastic company cannot recommend highly enough. Brilliant service, very reasonable prices and wonderful fitters. Highly satisfied customer, will be back for more.

Still waiting for a response to my formal complaint - 3 attempts of contact and 4 weeks post fitting later, no response apart from one phone call full of false promises.

Charged for 2 door bar replacements - did not fit, didnt even see them. Paid for floor removal - did not remove. Missed sealing, slashed corners, patches visible.

Also made to feel very uncomfortable in our own home, I stepped out for a moment and my partner called me back because one of the fitters were shouting and swearing while carrying out the work.

I also didnt appreciate being told I'd have to finish the caulking myself.

Oh yeah, and the vinyl was sat at the store for 2 weeks, I had to call and chase for a date - no apologies made.

Awful.

I would stay away, not sure where all these 5 star reviews are coming from!? Paid for probably.

It was a stressful experience from start to finish. Did not always feel like some of the staff wanted our custom.
When we went back another day it was better service, carpet measuring was arranged. Then the person who measured seemed nice. But didnt write all request down. So when went to shop to pay deposit did not have lino we ordered or correct carpet.
When trying to set up finance our information was not copied down correctly. So needed to chase up several times.
When fitted the lino had no underneath fitting so all the lino ripped from the first week. Rang up to complain and told someone will ring back but haven't.

The sales guy was very helpful and informative, helped us pick the right carpet. Would highly recommend - Sheffield lane top branch

Communication is diabolical, will never shop here again!

visited the Boston store, I personally have never needed to look for a carpet myself so was feeling quite anxious about the visit. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by team members, I approached the counter and basically said what I needed and Matt was extremely helpful and made the task in hand straight forward and stress-free, very much appreciate.

Always a reliable service with a fantastic job done. Quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend

Marie was so lovely, friendly and helpful. I was a first time customer, and Marie helped me with everything as I wasnt sure on what I needed. Will definitely be returning for the rest of my carpets.

Poor service and poor workmanship. Ordered some flooring a few weeks ago and never heard anything until we called to check. Our flooring had been there the whole time over 3 weeks and nobody had bothered to inform us. I think if we hadn’t have rang them, it would still be sat in the shop. When ordering our floor in the shop, the guy serving us couldn’t be bothered and said he was leaving that week and you could tell. He was Miserable and unprofessional. We’ve since then been told by the manager he is still there!!!!!
To top that off, the fitters came and wow so rude. Unbelievably rude, and didn’t seem to want to be there or have care for the work they carried out. They were supposed to ring us when on way, didn’t. The one guys spent the whole time moaning and shouting at the floor whilst here. They haven’t even replaced the door strips either or taken the original flooring up even though we have paid extra for this and to be honest wished I’d have done it myself, I’d have done a better job! They rang us after we emailed to say about this poor job, showing them pictures, which they admitted was poor workmanship and that we hadn’t got what we’d fully paid for. They then offered to come back out and fully replace everything and then….. nothing. We’ve followed up and still no response which is appalling. We have given them a chance before leaving this review but times up! I’m letting people now know to strongly avoid using the Nuneaton store. We will also be seeking legal support as we know our rights as consumers. I honestly cannot get over how a business can be allowed to operate like this. Poor communication, poor care, and we have been completely ripped off. Would not recommend this place or its fitters. Stay away, protect your money.

Very helpful, lovely carpet purchased. Booked in for fitting very quickly. Jav was fantastic, couldn’t do more to help. Would definitely recommend.
