I booked a collection appointment with…
I booked a collection appointment with V12 Hinckley for 11:00 AM after they called me the day before to confirm my arrival time. I arrived promptly at 11:00 AM, only to be sent to a waiting room where I waited for over an hour before anyone came to speak to me. I had to remind the staff twice about my appointment. While I understand slight delays happen, waiting over an hour just to be seen—followed by another 20 to 25 minutes for them to bring the car round—is completely unprofessional.
The car itself is fine, except for the missing aerial mast on the roof. The assistant, Yousyf, assured me this would be sorted out, but two weeks later, it still hasn't been resolved. They have now said I will receive a refund for the value of the missing part, though I am still waiting to see if that actually happens.
Considering I spent £13,000 here rather than £10, the level of customer service was appalling. Unfortunately, this was my worst car-buying experience in the UK for a very long time.

Shambolic aftersales. Sold a faulty camper and ignored me.
Do not trust this dealership once they have your money. I bought a VW camper from the Hinckley branch that was delivered with a mountain of pre-existing camper faults.
Despite an email from their management team promising they would arrange replacements at no additional cost for pre-existing issues, they completely ghosted me. Since driving away, they have ignored, refused to acknowledge, and failed to reply to my communication.
I was forced to spend my own time and effort diagnosing electrical fuses, tracking down control panel wiring diagrams, and disconnecting batteries just to fix the "Error: pop-up roof" and get it down. I also had to personally remedy a faulty water pump, waste water indicator, and living area A/C control panel. The auxiliary heater error remains unresolved.
To make matters worse, management explicitly promised in writing to fully reimburse me for an owner's manual booklet. They have ignored my receipt and haven't even refunded the £59.99 I spent on a generic one from eBay. Zero accountability, shocking customer service, and completely broken promises. Avoid.
