Fantastic service and communication

These guys were super friendly and for a small fee fitted the roof tent all ready for me to use on my vehicle. The tent itself was actually super comfy when I tried it and more rigid and firm than I expected given that it is so light!
The price of the bundle was really attractive and overall I think I made a great investment.
Looking forward to using the roof tent over many many trips

We bought the Ventura XL roof tent with the annex at the start of the year, and I honestly couldn't recommend it enough.

On our very first trip, we experienced torrential rain. Unfortunately, due to my own lack of knowledge about setting everything up properly, I thought there was an issue with the tent and made a complaint. I was contacted almost immediately by the team, who couldn't have been more helpful. They talked through my concerns, offered me either a full refund or a replacement completely free of charge, and even sent us some extra items, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

Although we haven't camped in heavy rain again yet, I can honestly say this is one of the best purchases we've ever made. The tent is incredibly easy to put up – even with the annex attached, it takes us less than five minutes. Packing it away is just as simple.

We camp with two children and two dogs, one of our children being severely autistic and a runner, so having something that's quick and stress-free to set up and pack away has been an absolute lifesaver. It takes so much of the pressure away and lets us enjoy our trips.

The kids absolutely love it, my partner and I love it, and even the dogs do! It's so spacious and really comfortable.

Thank you so much for not only making such a fantastic roof tent but also for providing customer service that is second to none. Companies with customer service like yours deserve recognition. We really appreciate everything you've done and wouldn't be without our Ventura XL now.

Really friendly company to deal with

Had a lovely and welcoming time going to meet the guys at the showroom.

I got to see a couple models I was interested in and lay down to test them out.

I chose the Ventura XL to fit on my Mercedes CLA and couldn't be happier. Super comfy and plenty of space. Easily fits 2 adults with loads of extra room.

Was fitted for me on site in a matter of minutes. Will then gave me a tutorial on how to open and close down the tent with some extra instructions on maintenance.

Extremely helpful as usual.
Great quality products

Brought a roof tent off these guys and all I can say is wow, originally had an issue and when made aware of the issue I was invited up to the Ventura warehouse to have the issue fixed. Was provided with a brand new tent and an extensive convocation with the owner about the issues and how they plan on fixing it. Customer service 10/10 couldn't ask for more!

Where do I start..I read the reviews prior and they were all amazing. But nothing prepares you for the amazing experience the whole fitting service felt. It really did feel an experience in itself and that this was a part of the camping journey. This is a luxury affordability for me but ai genuinely felt glad to be giving these guys money for the service the provided and for opening up adventures that I thought was just a dream. Very friendly and professional service. Quick installation. William showed me and explained all aspects of the installation. First-class product. I highly recommend it.

William and the team were great and helped us to load the rooftent and how to set up etc. great comms after as well and quick to action some extra bits for us. We’ve had our first night in the tent and it was great! Airy space and really comfortable mattress - we slept so well!

We were called back almost instantly about out enquiry. We couldn’t make it down to the showroom to see the model we wanted in the week and they very kindly arranged to meet us on the Sundays we could have a look. Can’t fault the customer service and we can’t wait to have it fitted.

Brilliant customer service. I was made to feel very welcome when viewing the roof tent and given plenty of information and time to make a decision on what product worked for me.
The hard top tent box fits perfectly on my ford ranger and I hardly notice it while driving around with it attached. I have been pleasantly surprised how comfortable it is to sleep in with two adults and a little spaniel .
I would highly recommend this product especially the value for money compared to other tent boxes on the market.

He was more than happy to go into detail on anything we wanted to know and the product itself if very impressive, great quality and easy set up that allows for multiple differentiations on roof bars/vehicles. Over all we was very happy with our experience and purchase and I would recommend William and his business to anyone interested in roof tents, looking forward to all of the trips to come!

Awesome experience down at Ventura today. Booked an appointment yesterday through William yesterday to see the what they offer. Upon arrival I had a very detailed demonstration of how the tent worked etc. I made the purchase and all the guys down at Ventura got my new tent and side awning fitted for me nice and quickly. Can't thanks the guys enough for their awesome service and products!

Ventura roof tents’ customer service team were very helpful, they did everything they could and rectified a number of failings by two different couriers.
The XL clamshell roof tent I bought is high quality and when one part was damaged in transit they sent me the new part immediately. Charlotte was particularly very helpful and dealt with the problems immediately and the team were easy to reach by phone. I will be buying more products from them in the future

I would normally only give 4 stars as I believe every company has room to improve but to be honest Ventura are absolutely nailing it... My only wish is more people knew about them.

Ok on to the actual tent. So I was sceptical at first as it's online only and there is let's face it very little information in regards to how well or poorly the tent is made. There are others that you can clearly see it's made well.. Anyhow I called them and asked if I could pick up, they not only agreed but did me a deal for all I wanted and installed it for me... If you are reading this let me put your mind at rest. In order to hit the price point they must have compromised on build quality somewhere, I can't see where.. the ground sheet on the anex and the awning room is like a thick rubber pvc it's quite frankly amazing none of this thin woven tarp rubbish so many tents come with. The actual tent fabric is light but durable. It's not like rip stop or normal tent material it's a really good choice water just beads off it.

They say you have to "Weather" it before first use, basically set it up and spray the living daylights out of it with a hose. Some water got in... But only on the zips and stuff where to be honest I don't think water would find it's way to in normal use. So in my book it's pretty waterproof. Even out the box.

I will say this though words go along way, the instructions are pictures only not the best of choice. Use the cleaning instructions as an example your sat there trying to workout what the picture is when all they had to do is give a sentence that read sweep it out wipe down with a soapy rag and spray off or whatever.

But the general consensus is I'm very impressed. well done lads I would say I'd shop again in a heartbeat but I think I've got my tent for may years to come.
