Everything that could went wrong,
Originally was informed that the process should only take 5 days and the proceeds would be in my bank. It took closer to 3 weeks and then I had to wait the 3 days which turned into 4. I was also advised that the interest rate should be a good bit lower than it was. Also I would not have to have an appraisal and spend extra money for that. Wound up having to do a drive by appraisal which took about a week. At this point, it was too late to start with another company.
