The mortgage broker lied to me repeatedly. I will never get over this one and I’m thinking about sending a copy of everything to the state of Arizona mortgage department never wants to disclose to me that it was an adjustable rate Mortgage.

The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever!
A simple refinance took 4 months, when I was told be 2 weeks, also they lost my good rate because of their negligence and inexperience with DSCR loans, I had to take 1/2 percent higher because of this!
Sam is not experienced with investment loans, bad communication!!!!

Very stressful
Very stressful. Even though the loan was approved lender needed more detail information. This wasn't explained. Didn't like lender assuming I was divorced because my husband's name wasn't on the deed. He passed away Jan 2018. Cindy Lui had to type a letter explaining that. They shouldn't ASSume. Not happy with procedure lender, processing person for loan.
