Great company, I've been a customer for years. Their T&C's are very straight forward and simple. No quibble returns policy and excellent low priced delivery costs. Well done.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff (steve) was so patient and answered all my son's questions (the right scale/ lights/ rough terrain etc)and found him the perfect rc car that he was looking for!!!

Just as it should be

Wheelspin models have been absolutely amazing with my last two purchases.
My son decided to boomerang one of the transmitters on my old q32.
Due to the age of it I was unsure if I would be able to get another but wheelspin models had one on their website and got it out to me in no time at all.
Absolutely brilliant!
Now my go to for rc bits.
Thank you 👍🏻👍🏻

Very prompt service in store and by post, payment made easy, helpful and friendly service in store and on telephone, good in all areas, thank you Wheelspin

I bought a rc crawler which usully costs around 100 euros for 130 to deliver it to Ireland..And now I GOT to pay extra 30 for customs...First time I see the shop who Doesn't even say to you that you will have additional charges...Would never buy the l thing for 160.
Never again!🤬

Wheel spin models always keep a good stock of parts for every model delivery is first class a company that I would recommend to anyone.

Easy to navigate website. Quality products. Excellent communication. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Great service, fast delivery.

Always great service and good prices

The webpage is easy to use, delivery is always quick and on time. The delivery service text me the dates of delivery. When I had a query Wheelspin dealt with the matter swiftly and ensure it was resolved.

Having been a customer of Wheelspin Models for over 15 years I can honestly say that they have never let me down on service, price or technical help, especially in my novice days of radio control model cars and since.
I can recommend Wheelspin Models to anyone who is thinking of taking up radio control Models as a hobby, they ate always willing to help.

Truly a five star service. Wheelspin has been reliable , fast and extremely helpful over the years. Helped me sort out a warranty quickly and always has the stock and offers fast delivery. Have purchased from Wheelspin for many years and will gladly continue to do so.
Thanks you Wheelspin models team

EDIT: One of the managers personally called me to apologise for the way in which this was handled. Technically the CS staff were following company policies but those policies are now in review to prevent this level of customer service from happening again. Items have been resent on a tracked 24 service. Still not quite a 5 star experience but no longer deserve the original 1 star I gave.

Original: Placed an order 11 days ago and have still not received. I expected a small delay due to the bank holiday but this is ridiculous. Customer services did not answer the phone and eventually got a response on WhatsApp stating I have to wait 15 working days before they can do anything! Just wanted to get my son’s RC car fixed to enjoy during half term.

The item is blatantly lost! All I want is to resend but an absolute shambles of an experience.

Great helpful company, have loads in stock and always deliver quality.

Highly recommend

Thank you

Omer

Massive help from the guys through there WhatsApp service to advise what’s best for your needs and delivery has always been spot on with the numerous orders I’ve placed with them.

10/10
Great customer service

Bit shy on reviews usually
But this business deserves one 👏🏼

Quick and efficient service. Parts in stock. Thanks.

I was charged for a next day delivery for an order that arrived 4 days later, the response I received from the company stated they do not guarantee next day delivery. Avoid this company.
